If you think it is so simple.

It is as simple as a good man (Jeb) using the power of the Florida executive branch to prevent a death and use his political muscle to force a new examination of the case.

Are you implying that our judicial system never errs? That we have never executed an innocent man despite judicial appeal? Give me a break...

No I'm not suggesting that at all. I am saying that we have laws, and those laws must be obeyed.

How many of us have ever told our children, "If everyone else jumped off a bridge, would you?" Two wrongs do not make a right.

I do not want to see this woman die this way any more than anyone else, but there have been many posts the last few days that have advocate the equivelent of an armed up-rising to save Terri. Is that the path we should take?

And to put some Biblical perspective to it, since this is the week for it, what did Jesus do when the apostle cut off the ear of the High Priest's Servant?
