I saw it on CBS Sunday morning about seven months ago. I subscribe to multiple news wires, and I must have missed it before then.

Yah, but you don't have muskies to fish for. Or walleyes, either. Neener, neener, neener.

Nope, just speckled trout:

redfish:

and flounder:

Rilya Wilson was murdered and a scam was perpetuated to cover up the murder. She was killed by her "grandmother," not DCF.

If the American people get informd, are willful and dedicated they shall will win this battle.

In the last 30-40 years Americans have been indifferent to the most critical issue facing our nation, and that is, its rapid transformation from from an overwhelming Christian country to a non-Christian one.

However, I believe that eventually (perhaps soon) many of us who can see what's happening will muster the courage to speak out openly and disseminate the word. I'm optimistic and prepared.

Christian laws supersede man-made laws.

This properly could have been stated better. I believe he means Terri Schiavo's inherent right to life trumps the codified legal nonsense that has been used to dress up this travesty.

I've received a number of posts like yours during my time here and they are so nice to read, thank you. :)

One doesn't have to be religious to see this is the beginnings not of the acceptance some libertarian hands-off trend, but the opening step towards the cleansing of all "imperfect" ones. Chilling stuff.

"Michael Schiavo should be investigated for attempted murder, based upon medical and police records during Terri's "collapse," plus nurses' testimony, plus the evidence one nurse presented (empty vial of insulin in trash basket)."

He will not be touched by the "Law" He is furthering the cause the Eugenics Movement, the Modern Day NAZIS. The will in fact reward him. He may have to move to France, but he figures so what.

It would take more than a few citizens to arrest him. I'm betting he's got a full guard by now.

Have you ever seen the movie "Zulus"? . . . There would be a mass of dead and wounded bodies at the foot of the police formation.

Is that Zulus or Zulu Dawn (or something like that)? I'm thinking of the one with Michael Caine. A very good movie. But do you really see the police shooting into a crowd of hundreds men, women, and children carrying water? The police aren't monsters. And I'll bet many of them hate what's happening to Terri.

No, you understood what I said.

(And I am not advocating the action, merely pointing it out)

The simple fact is that, The way it stands Someone is going to die.

Now, If you were a parent, and you knew that someone had the actual declared intent to kill, and was in fact in the process of killing your child, would using deadly force in defence of that child be the appropriate thing to do ?

of course it would. Then because of the unusual dynamic of this case, the Mother would be Terri's next of Kin, ensuring her survival.

The Father would have to stand trial, and I would venture to say, with the right Medical Testimony, by the time he got to trial, you would have to get a jury convened among the Editorial editors at the NYTimes, to obtain a conviction.

Very, very few Americans would support the President acting like some banana-republic dictator.

Banana Republic Dictators kill innocents. Bush would be saving one. If you do not understand that, then its no wonder why you cannot understand the travesty of justice which is Terri's execution.

I've heard about that and have to say I am stumped as to why the judges since the congressional vote don't look into that. Seems like that material would take longer than the few hours these judges have spent. (Hmmm I may have just answered my own question. Mustn't waste time when there's golfing to be done.)

Some of us just like the ocean. I'm homesick for the coast...now I live in north Utah. I used to live in the Houston area and go fishing in Galveston Bay and nearby parts. I miss it!

But I do like ice fishing. Blows my mind to be on the ice on a pretty day, catching these stupid little perch the size of fish I used to use as bait...but it's fun.

It drives me crazy when they make these big statements and then nothing happens. I do know from past experience that it can take a long time, a really long time, for Congress to get anything done and often it appears that nothing is happening. An example is the man and his wife who just happened to pick up a cell phone conversation of Newt Gingrich on a scanner they just happened to have in their car and then recorded parts of it on the tape recorder they just happened to have with them that day. There was a big ruckus when it happened and then it just seemed to fall from sight. Lo' and behold, a year or so later the guy was in front of a Federal judge and placed on probation. Not hardly the punishment I would have imposed, but they really did follow up and charge the guy. Let's hope it goes this way in this case. However, I am not holding my breath or placing any bets!

I didn't say it, I just said I've thought it may be a possibility. As for the statement, it makes perfect sense. It puts the entire decision in the hands of God. And who are we as the state or people to have the audacity to think that we can stand in God's Way? Do you deny the omniscience and omniprescence of God Almighty? Do you not believe that when it's our time, no matter how much we may rail against the possibility that it will come? I think too many Republicans in their rush to save this woman and do what they believe is 'right' are placing themselves in a place they do not belong.
