"The Supreme Court has refused to take the case."

They did in the past, but are you saying they have just refused to take this NEW petition?

"It has highlighted judicial tyranny in the good ole USA and shown that all our politicians are afraid of the judges.:"

Let's see, the Courts render judgments based on Florida law as written and enacted by the legislature rather than acting on their own and adjudicating the case based on how they feel about the law (which is what most people want them to do) but you call it "Judicial tyranny"?

What's truly pathetic is the abysmal ignorance of the way our legal system, and our government functions displayed by most citizens in this nation.

This is really getting aggravating! Jeb better put up or shut up. If this was a child abuse case the DCF would have no problem swooping in. Greer doesn't care either way, and will not allow intervention. He needs to enforce the law and protect a citizen of his state!

The Supreme Court won't touch this case in a million years.

Why? What do we have one for then?

"My biggest fear is that if Terri dies, her body will be cremated and any medical records will remain sealed or at worst, will have been "accidentally" destroyed."

I think that happening is a 'given'.

Hell, Judge Greer is on his side. He can surely get away with it.

It is judicial tyranny to not apply the federal statute that was just passed, and judicial tyranny to order sheriff's to block the executive branch of Florida from enforcing Florida law re removal of Terri.

It has also highlighted how incompetent (IMHO) her attorneys were in their pleading to the district judge when they went after Greer. She needed the best legal team and instead she got these people and now Larry Klayman has joined and they have Randall Terry who is a horrible spokesman.

The Judge out of control is Greer -- the District/11th Circuit/SCOTUS only could rule on what they had before them -- if the pleading was not done precisely, you cannot blame the Federal Judiciary.

This may sound grim, but I hope they do an autopsy of Terri to document the extent of her brain injury. This would help put to rest most of the disinformation about this case and shed light on who was telling the truth.

i know many legal scholars, among them Mark Levin, who are strong believers that judicial tyranny exists and runs rampant. do not paint those that disagree with you as ignorant.

Gov. Bush commands the State Police, not a probate judge in Pinellas county.

Yet another reason for a Constitutional Amendment to elect the judiciary.

I know that the state police can "take" a bunch of County Deputies. I don't want a shootout between them, and I'm sure Jeb Bush doesn't either. I'm hoping there's some way he can order them to stand down before he sends in the state police, the way the President can nationalize the National Guard.
