It has been all along.
If they don't use their Executive Authority and do their Sworn Duty NOW, there is going to be hell to pay. Count on it.
I won't be posting anymore today. I'm going back down to the Hotel Auschwitz...
I'm not a Christian, but I do hope God will take mercy on this country.
I don't think Jeb or GWB will act.
First report from Hospice:
We arrived about 12:30am on Thursday morning.
We were able to park very close to the vigil.
Perhaps 30 people were there.
We went around and met some of the people there. The police told us to move behind the barricade, which we did.
It felt surreal to be there after all this time.
I decided to talk to the police to find out what they were thinking, so half-joking and half-serious, I asked why dont you guys go on a sick out. One of the police said they couldnt. I said you could always quit. He said they couldnt. I said what do you mean, youre not in the military and his answer was they were paramilitary. I said something about what was happening to Terri. The other spoke up and said something about it was all part of the job. I talked about my son, my father, and my granddad all being in the military and hoped they would refuse an unjust order. Then a woman who was standing there started yelling at me about being stupid why should they quit their jobs and I had no right to talk to the police that way.
She said a lot more. I mentioned the nurse who quit, but she verbally attacked me again and said I had no right to ask them to quit, so I walked away.
Before I hear from others that agree with her that I had no right to ask the police to quit, I would like to say that a very similar thing happened to my husband and I, 20 years ago. He was working for a nuclear power plant during construction and implementation stage and discovered an unsafe procedure. The engineers indicated that he should keep quiet about it, that it wasnt a big deal. He didnt and refused to sign a letter that the power company was demanding all the employees sign. I supported him 100%. If he didnt sign, he wouldnt be able to work there anymore. Sometimes, you have to stand up for what is right. This is a decision that each of us makes in our lives at one point or another and I wasnt trying to put the police down, just asking. We heard later that they did change the design of that system.
I was surprised at the vehemence of the woman. I finally figured out she was probably one of their wife's or something, even though she was standing over on Terris side, because thats mainly who she was joking and talking with. My only other comment is, I wish she hadnt interrupted so I could ask why he considered his job paramilitary.
We met some very nice people there, but I really did expect a larger crowd, since it is so close to Terris end.
One gentleman was describing what one of the newscasters had said and he said he was a Christian and never used a term like the one he yelled at the television. He whispered to my husband what the word is and it is one that we here all the time on television. I felt like I was with very gentle people, who wouldnt harm a hair on anyones head.
We continued to talk politics with a few of the others there, and left about 1:30am to check into our motel.
We are staying at the Super 8 and they seem super nice and surprise they had high speed connection.
I now understand part of what floriduh voter and the rest of the freepers have been going through.
Im going back soon.
Amen
Yes. Felos v. DCF.
The only lines in this battle are life and death ones. There are no partisan lines to cross. Just those of good and evil.
I think the fallout from the left and MSM is going to be the one they have been looking for for a long time.
I hate to be so cynical - but she is more valuable to Repubs as a martyr.
God be with you. Maybe we can get the liberal left to dust off some of those old "No Justice, No Peace" and "Not In My Name" signs our people can use.
and interestingly the nursing home malpractice lawsuit industry is big business in FL.
Where is Fox finding these leftist former administration boobs? Were all lawyers under Reagan and Bush41 socialists?
I think judges are now engaged in a turf war with the legislature and the public at large.
BTW notice the now TOTALLY discredited polls have been dropped by ALL media.
Then the SUPREME COURT HAS to know that Terri has NOT had ANY access to her constitutional rights..........NONE. The only RIGHT Terri has had is to be fully under the control of a MONSTER without ANY review being done of the way this HORROR of a human being has abused her.
I am disappointed.
This could have been a time when our Supreme Court noted that NO CITIZEN can be robbed of her constitutional rights, that these TRUMP marriage vows. Everytime.
michael is like an islamic radical....doing WHATEVER he wants to to Terri, including killing her, lying, abusing, denying BASIC medical help, hiding her, hurting her, illegally sticking her into a hospice....
IF THIS IS NOT TERRORISM FLORIDA STYLE, and since the highest court in our land has refused to take a deep look at it, I guess it is also TERRORISM AMERICAN STYLE, I don't know what terrorism is.
I used to think our laws PROTECTED each and everyone.
That needs to be repeated.
If the state police will not follow the orders of the Governor, then Greer as in fact managed a coup d'etat. Jeb Bush has to act or he will be allowing this to happen. We are witnessing three things today: 1)the murder of an innocent woman 2)the furthering of the euthanasia movement and 3)the triumph of the judiciary over the other two branches of government. Jeb Bush owes it to our country to stop this. Otherwise, the judiciary at every level all over the country will be emboldened to do the same thing.
Does anyone know what's in these court records?
"Crucify Her! Crucify Her!" This is a sad sad day for this Country.
Meanwhile Terri has gone 6 days without water. Not bad for a woman who, in her twenties, couldn't get through a potassium imbalance without devastating brain damage.
