That they acted swiftly denotes a cord of reason, compassion. They acted wrongly, imo, because when a law is in place that does NOT FULLY PROTECT the rights of a disabled person, such as the one in Florida that allows hearsay without review to be used as clear and convincing evidence....a law so horrific it does not pass the smell test when it upholds a monster like michael schiavo, giving all LEGAL remedies to him and him alone, a law that allows ONE JUDGE to set the LIFE AND DEATH fate of an innnocent human being without review...

Then the SUPREME COURT HAS to know that Terri has NOT had ANY access to her constitutional rights..........NONE. The only RIGHT Terri has had is to be fully under the control of a MONSTER without ANY review being done of the way this HORROR of a human being has abused her.

I am disappointed.

This could have been a time when our Supreme Court noted that NO CITIZEN can be robbed of her constitutional rights, that these TRUMP marriage vows. Everytime.

michael is like an islamic radical....doing WHATEVER he wants to to Terri, including killing her, lying, abusing, denying BASIC medical help, hiding her, hurting her, illegally sticking her into a hospice....

IF THIS IS NOT TERRORISM FLORIDA STYLE, and since the highest court in our land has refused to take a deep look at it, I guess it is also TERRORISM AMERICAN STYLE, I don't know what terrorism is.

I used to think our laws PROTECTED each and everyone.

Travesty of law.

This is what happens when law is viewed in a vacume. The vacume allows finding rights where none exist, and allows circumventing the law where intention is obvious.

Is it me or is some of the MSM acting like people who just realized they killed a woman.

It seems the only right that seems to count for the severely disabled is the "right" to have someone claim you chose to refuse medical treatment. If they can certify that (however they do it) nothing else matters. It's the only "right" you have.
