We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.

David Folk Thomas on Fox said the Supreme Court, but I think first it'll be the full court of the 11th in Atlanta.

Interesting, but I didnt see shock treatments in that article.

I personally don't want to research a scientology connection, but I think a few others here find that fascinating.

I did however, at that same site that listed a Yingling lawyer with the scientology church, it mentioned that Hubbard did some experiment with shocking devices...

Meanwhile, Hubbard devised an elaborate and complicated ruse ... and was able to convince people to hold onto his innocent soup can electrodes for 2 and 1/2 hours at a sitting, while suspecting nothing.

Now really, I don't want to research scientology so if somebody else does, go for for it, and leave me out. If you come up with something REALLY convincing, heck I'll at least listen.
