per Fox
"...We have got to have a way to cut through all the crap..."
We are talking secular here. The way to cut through all the crap is to simply remember, THERE ARE ONLY TEN LAWS. My apologies (sarcasm on) to all the attorneys, hair splitters, fine-tuners, manipulators, and users of the so-called "law" on these threads.
Please see this! From The Empire Journal. MEDICAL FACTS about Terri.
Take your bullshit opinion and choke on it. Scum bag!!!!
Ahh, can you feel the love? God forbid someone would have an opinion opposed to yours, right?
The appellate courts looked at the facts which were presented at the trial court level and reached the conclusion that the facts presented clear and convincing evidence in support of the trial court decision. This is a pretty high standard, and one not taken lightly.
The dims are going to have blood on their hands. This is an outrage!!!
Whoa! Where did you read this little conspiracy ditty?
Totally a lie. and you'd agree it's a lie if you read the transcripts.
No more of that, thank you.
I can't help but wonder how intertwined this Robert Wood Johnson Connection is to NJ's Stem Cell project.
Bush has never visited Terri. At one time MRS banned him from even thinking of visiting. He asked Dr. Weldon and Senator Martinez to prepare the federal bill, but it has now been essentially struck down now by the clintoid Tampa judge. He could not get relief for Terri through the FL Senate because of former Senate President "Big" Jim King, R-Jacksonville. He believes that his hands are tied. The governorship of FL has no authority in "probate cases," which is what Terri' murder is officially called in FL.
Greer did not rely solely on M. Schiavo's testimony.
That is correct. He relied on the hearsay testimony of other Schiavos.
Hearsay is hearsay. Show me the legal document, signed by Terri Schiavo, notarized and witnessed.
Next.
For example?
not true. Mostly Repub nominations. Remember when checking the nominations not to think of the year they took their seat on the bench, but year they were nominated.
Jeb Bush was instrumental behind the scenes in moving this to the Congress and Senate for action. Don't assume because he isn't shaking his fist on air that he isn't heavily involved in the background.
Second, Jeb Bush has stated he will not run for President.
Third, he's bound to law. He can't charge into her room as badly as we wish he could.
My guess is the latter. The impending killing of Terri Schiavo has become a cause célèbre among the liberal elites (because of their worship of abortion) and other assorted death lovers. You've got people out there who throw babies in dumpsters or down toilets, mothers who slaughter their born children and people defending and celebrating them as some kind of heroes. Terri Schiavo may be just the latest victim of the culture of death that this country has embraced, but the sheeple will pay it no mind because they have become inured to it, exactly as those in ancient Rome who cheered the deaths of thousands in the games of the proconsuls, or the German populace who turned a blind eye to the slaughter of millions at the altar of death and "racial purity".
Yes, I thought Lanny was being very thoughtful. Toupee guy kept cutting him off and being dismissive. I vowed never to watch him again.
He annulled Ted Kennedy's.
She's going to need a new review of the medical facts of her case in order to have a chance of survival. This is so saddening, every moment she comes closer to death. She must be in great pain already, having gone four days without nourishment.
He can't do that.
The "dims" as you call them would GLADLY have Terri's blood on their hands: it would be a tremendous victory. It might have made old John Lewis and James Moran even smile Sunday night if each he had known the good political fortune awaiting them this week.
I've already come to grips with it. The state now has the power to order the death of citizens. The judiciary gets ever more powerful and the elected bodies ever more weaker. And the Colonel continues to build the Bridge Over the River Kwai.
