This is NOT about a husband owing his wife. It goes BOTH WAYS. A wife belong to her husband, just a husband belongs to his wife. THAT is Biblical. Look it up.
A problem with that is, is the we tout ourselves as an "example" to other nations.

Does the record also show any counter testimony, for instance from Terri's best friend, or the Michael's ex-girlfriend who stated in an affidavit that Michael told her that he and Terri had never discussed such issues? Just wondering if Judge Greer let all of the into the judicial record.
People didn't believe the holocaust was occuring until they saw the pictures. Why does anyone think they own the only correct facts in this case?

I am not necessary arguing about the sanctity of marriage, but about what is said between a husband and wife as having a precedent. I also only offered it up for consideration, not as an argument. Sorry if I wasn't clear
I'm sure that they stopped feeding Terri several days before they removed the feeding tube. Michael wasn't going to take any chances this time around.
Another doctor that spend 10 hours with her said that she was responsive, and that the visual responses were good when,objects were close enough like 18 inches because she has reduced visual acuity.
Judge Greer was custodian of Terri's insurance settlement.
That money was awarded for her care and rehabilitation over the next 50 years (according to the jury that awarded the money).
Judge Greer recommended FELOS to Michael and allowed Michael to take money out of TERRI's estate to PAY FELOS.
What does that tell you?
Also be aware that JUDGE GREER authorized PREPAYMENT for Terri's CREMATION out of her CARE/REHAB MONEY.
I wonder if the starvation of Terri could be deemed improper medical treatment for a conscious patient and whether or not the attending physician could request a review by the hospital medical board thereby putting a hold on her death request by her husband.
Terri herself is probably giving up. Even she knows that the HINO is determined to win, and no one can save her. I hope she finds peace and comfort. Terri has touched so many and is loved by so many and she tried all these years to do the best she could do. In the end, that is how you measure a life. That is the value.
