Second,there is no such thing as a legal precedence as to the utterance between a husband and wife.
Hearsay evidence is not admissible in court as a
rule unless it falls within one of the exceptions.
By the way,one of the exception is a statement against interest,which is exactly the opposite of the statement that Schiavo made. His statement was completely in his interest.

I am not necessary arguing about the sanctity of marriage, but about what is said between a husband and wife as having a precedent. I also only offered it up for consideration, not as an argument. Sorry if I wasn't clear
