Continuation of Terri Schiavo daily March threads. Due to overwhelming participation we reached over 5000 posts in three days time!
Thanks. He's a great one. Keep your eyes on him. He's been in DC all weekend working on this. He won't quit. Steve also has been anxious for a very long time to start going after the renegade judges. Hopefully, this is the catalyst that causes this to happen.

Well, that I agree with. He needs to get on the move and decide right now. The longer he waits the longer it takes for Terri to die. Who knows what is taking so long. I am getting impatient, but I didn't realize this judge has had the case for awhile this morning already!
No, he got it shortly after Bush signed it, many hours ago. The law itself is only two pages. The other stuff he is reading has to be briefs filed, perhaps a history of the case, who knows. But the tube should have gone in immediately so Terri would not suffer harm while he dithers. It is beyond belief that it did not.

I didn't realize that. I thought he got it just a little while ago. He got it hours ago and now I am getting panicking as well. He needs to hurry and make the decision! I don't see how he can follow the law and not restore Terri's feeding tube. He has to know that!! The law was passed so that the only way this case can be heard is if Terri is alive, not dead! The longer he stalls the longer Terri starves to death! In the interest of justice, if he does not make a decision this morning I believe he won't!! He better get his act together now!

Now MSNBC, is spinning the story in Husband's favor. It's very mis-leading when they speak of all the judges who have already reviewed the case. That's not true. Most of the courts have just kicked the case back to the RINO Judge Greer.
Judge Greer did NOT consider evidence that supported Terri's RIGHT TO LIVE. There are 33 Doctors who disagree with Judge Greer. Nurses have described abuse from Husband, but media won't discuss it.
I'm sick at my stomach as I hear people on the MEDIA spin the whole case as though HINO should be allowed to Murder Terri by Starvation.
I stayed up as long as I could last night. I can't believe nothing has been done yet. How's Terri holding up?

Agreed. The Schindlers and Gibbs were so optimistic last night about the tube, they even told Terri herself about how soon she would go to the hospital, get it back it, and get some nourishment. They said she reacted happily to that word. But that was many hours ago. For what it's worth, I heard there are judges in the Atlanta Federal Court, which covers a huge area, who are standing ready to take the case and restore the tube, if this judge won't. But how long this judge is taking is becoming THE ISSUE now.

Exactly. And lets not forget those who have deliberately dragged their feet in saving Terri.
I think Whittmore should look closely at his oath. He must assume that 'all bets are off' and take his investigation seriously. If 'all bets are off', then he'd be curious about every person who claims that he or she heard Terri speak, respond, etc.
He is obviously NOT taking it seriously if he stalls before taking it seriously, unless [God forbid] she was already dead before he was aware of these claims.
I don't know how Terri is doing, but if this Federal Judge doesn't get her feeding tube reinsurted soon she won't be getting better.
