Continuation of Terri Schiavo daily March threads. Due to overwhelming participation we reached over 5000 posts in three days time!
That would be a dream come true!
If the honest ones walked out, that would leave Terri with the worst of the worst. Doesn't sound like a good idea to me.
The purpose of the appellate court is to not only refer the case back when there is a problem, but to also give orders. This is why HINO wants 8 hours if the 11th rules in favor of Terri. He wants to go to the SCOTUS to try to get it removed or kept out. See? If the 11th rules for Terri, they HAVE to put that tube in and the 11th can order it.
Call the 11th circuit court of appeals in Atlanta. Tell the clerk where you're calling from and say politely that you are begging the court to save Terri Schiavo's life.

I hope she sue's the pants off, of those evil people. Imagine how much money they have taken from innocents they have killed. That place is totally backwards. They are like HINO, in the sense they are controlling everything about Terri, even the Nurses.
I think we know very well what they are doing. And lots of other people in high places know too. Like Weldon for one, plus the Bishop Lynch, Senator King Tut and others.
Now - the question IS - are they going to stop this madness and investigate this crime family?

God reminded me of that on my prayful, tearful, way home from moping all day at work. He shouted to me: "TRUST HIM" "ALL WILL BE WELL" "HE KNOWS AND HEARS OUR PRAYERS"
As long as he is acting in good faith in the interests of Terri's welfare, he is legally on very safe ground.
Hubby called at the beginning of the interview, and I missed that. I wonder what else I missed.
I already did this morning. I called about 10am. The guy I talk to was very nice telling me that the Justices were hearing it as we spoke.
I told him (like a true lady) that I hope they decide soon, her life is really in the balance now, and he emphatically told me (I think not to worry tone), that there are 3 Justices looking at it.
I thanked him. All...be nice!
well once again the MSM reports misinformation...as last night they said they were holding off with that first appeal from 3/18 when Moody first denied request to put tube back in until Whittemore the loser finished his ruling--on Greta this attorney she had on said that the Moody appealed had been overturned...so what is going on???
I agree, that tube should be put in while they are looking at the appeal. What is unfair is that Terri should have got denovo review, which means not looking at the old evidence, but any new that Terri's side has and to my knowledge that was ignored. I just heard this is in a 3 judge panel now.

I think it would be better they STAY AND FEED AND GIVE TERRI WATER, IN PROTEST.
Three of my relatives (spit!) sent my grandparents to an early grave. It too was about greed, money, and power. God did indeed give them what they deserved and all were dead within a couple years of each other. No sympathy here. I'm a believer in what goes around comes around.
Look at it this way...if you knew you were and have been getting away with so much, why not try even more damage? After all, these are all greers stooges.
For the hospice to take ANY position at all is a damn disgrace, and put them in an even worse light.
How stupid to call even more attention to themselves for all they have done.
