well once again the MSM reports misinformation...as last night they said they were holding off with that first appeal from 3/18 when Moody first denied request to put tube back in until Whittemore the loser finished his ruling--on Greta this attorney she had on said that the Moody appealed had been overturned...so what is going on???
I agree, that tube should be put in while they are looking at the appeal. What is unfair is that Terri should have got denovo review, which means not looking at the old evidence, but any new that Terri's side has and to my knowledge that was ignored. I just heard this is in a 3 judge panel now.
