Continuation of Terri Schiavo daily March threads. Due to overwhelming participation we reached over 5000 posts in three days time!
How rediculous, now it seems we have some shady doctors in this story as well. So what doctor's think Terri needs to die HUH? Crazy people, foolish people!
which doctor was surprised, sanjay gupta? what that guy knows about medicine could wouldn't fill a thimble..

I think we will witness a miracle. I think this case and others like it need not be forgotten. For those who want to die and have no hope, we must give them hope. For those who live by judicial murder, we must fight it and make sure they don't. Fight the disease of the culture of death

I don't know their names...but Sean asked randall terry in an interview and randall did not want to give out names because he did not want to alienate the people he is trying SO HARD to change their minds.

I hope he is right too.
I would like to appeal to Terri's parents and siblings to keep one of them in the room with Terri, praying for her healing; around the clock. No matter how awful you feel about mike being there, now is the time to witness to him. Let him see Christ in your faces. Pray for him, with him sitting there. Only Jesus Christ can change a person. And mike needs to be changed. He has the power. Don't let your pride keep you from doing this and pleading to mike to let Terri live. I am praying that he will change his mind, and his order to kill Terri.
SO Dr. Cranford, on Hannity tonight, PROVES he is a PHONY! Hope Sean gets wind of this CNN blurb! This is a man who believes in STARVING and DEHYDRATING people with Alzheimers!
oh give me a break. She's DEAD. I'm betting she didn't like being hungry and thirsty either.

Well even I know that Terri cannot have a flat EEG like Dr. Cranford said. The point is that Dr. Cranford is making incredulous claims and this is the doctor that Michael used.
Here's some more on Dr. Cranford:
"But the star medical witness for Michael Schiavo, Dr. Ronald Cranford of the University of Minnesota, has repeatedly dismissed calls for MRI testing, and his opinion has prevailed.
Dr. Cranford was the principal medical witness brought in by Schiavo and Felos to support their position that Terri was PVS.
But before that, one needs to know a little about Cranford’s background and perspective: Dr. Ronald Cranford is one of the most outspoken advocates of the “right to die” movement and of physician-assisted suicide in the U.S. today.
In published articles, including a 1997 op-ed in the Minneapolis–St. Paul Star Tribune, he has advocated the starvation of Alzheimer’s patients.
In cases where other doctors don’t see it, Dr. Cranford seems to have a knack for finding PVS. Cranford also diagnosed Robert Wendland as PVS. He did so in spite of the fact that Wendland could pick up specifically colored pegs or blocks and hand them to a therapy assistant on request. He did so in spite of the fact that Wendland could operate and maneuver an ordinary wheelchair with his left hand and foot, and an electric wheelchair with a joystick, of the kind that many disabled persons (most famously Dr. Stephen Hawking) use. Dr. Cranford dismissed these abilities as meaningless. Fortunately for Wendland, the California supreme court was not persuaded by Cranford’s assessment."
And yes, Sanjay Gupta was the other doctor on CNN who was very surprised at Dr. Cranford's statement. I don't know which show this is but I think I caught it on tape.
