Thanks, I'll see what I can scare up in Google about Congressman King. As for that million dollar offer to MS, that'll never fly. Surely Felos has explained to him how expensive it could get to defend himself if he goes off the reservation of the Death Cult. In fact he could probably write up a plausible bill already, showing Michael that he (Felos) is owed way over a million already. And why should he forgive that debt if MS isn't cooperating with him? Plus if MS is promised by the AG of FL that he won't be prosecuted, what about the US AG? What about people as annoyed with them as Tom DeLay is? ("Felos=personification of evil...I don't care WHAT the husband says.") MS would still need quite a lot of legal counsel---and bodyguards. A million just isn't enough. What if Medicaid sues him for Terri's care? While he's awaiting trial, while Jodi is paying the mortgage somehow, and Felos is attaching his assets, even his book and movie rights? These are just a few of the facts of life that Felos must have told Michael by now. Bottom line, it's no good at all if you're in jail and it's not enough to keep you out of every possible jail.

There is little doubt that this clintoid will rule in favor of MRS. I suspect that the judge has even been in telephone contact this morning with George J. Felos: that could explain his reluctance to announce his decision at once. He is probably preparing his decision at this hour. I also suspect that he wants to uphold George W. Greer out of judicial tradition. If worse comes to worst this afternoon, there must be a night-time appeal to a circuit judge in Atlanta to get the tube reinserted, or we are all cooked on this one. Did anyone find out if George W. Greer came to "work" this morning?

I think they were locked out for 4 hours. The excuse I believe I heard later on TV was that the Schiavo family wanted to visit Terri un-interrupted during those hours. The Schindler family got to visit her finnaly after that 4-hour stretch.

Rumors ran rampant during those 4 hours.

Don't bother with TAMPA FBI. Atlanta FBI covers the entire southeast. FAX THEM OR EXPRESS SOMETHING TO THEM. JUDGE GREER IS RUNNING A RICO SCAM robbing wards and then ordering them to be starved to death. Auditor Melton has reported same in a Philadelphia newspaper last week. Greer won't allow any ward audits because local attorneys and Greer have an arrangement call rob and kill the wards.

I too believe that good triumphs over evil. Always has. When it seems the darkest, even the slightest bit of light is beautiful.

That's the reason we get way UP, at every tiny bit of information.

And the very smallest negative coming down, is met with much trepidation and sad words.

I am just thankful for a small break from news. I'm exhausted!!! I'm resting for a short while. I needed it. I am praying for Terri as I rest. I hope everyone can get some needed sleep.

At an evidentiary hearing before Greer in October, 2002, Dr. Victor Gambone, former attending physician of Terri Schiavo, testified under oath that his patient was not terminal and that was not in any sort of health crisis. At that time, Terri Schiavo had been a resident of Hospice of Florida Suncoast for over two years unlawfully as the requisite certification of her terminal illness had not been filed.

But instead of reporting the alleged fraud, Greer allegedly became an accomplice to it, granting the husband’s petition to enroll Terri into a Medicaid program for her stay at the hospice.

Schiavogate I got us hacked so guess it made someone nervous. They can't hack us this time---and FBI already investigating the last hack job

Do you assume that MRS was behind the hacking, or George W. Greer himself? I think it could be "End of Life Choices" doing it and not MRS or Greer at all. They may not have the know-how to do such hacking. I know I wouldn't at all.
