The courts are now flexing and just asking to prove who really runs our laws and this Nation.
The Congress or the Courts? Who is our leadership and are our laws being hijacked?
The Rule of Law is now unclear. The Ten Commandments of God are what we as citizens should live by, even if the judges see it otherwise.

You guys definitely should make a law about it. It´s a horrible situation for the Schiavo family, for the nation and not at last for Terri Schiavos body & soul.
I hope the more colorful Schiavo defenders on this forum are never faced with the decision between themeslves and their siblings at having to have to remove a feeding tube from an ailing parent at some point in their lives.

Scott Peterson is on Death Row for doing what Judge Greer just okayed Michael Schiavo to have done.
There now is a Federal issue - Greer is wrong to go ahead here and has placed everyone concerned in jeopardy of being charged with murdering a witness - and the administrators of that facility with bankrupcy.
Even if Terri was in a vegatative state, how do you know it's permanent if Greer won't even allow physical therapy?

that is so wrong. I wouldn't say anythying if there had been a living will stating Terri's wishes in this matter and I have a problem with the so called word of mouth declaration.
I wouldn't starve my mother to death. I wouldn't deny her communion. I wouldn't deny her rehab to try to teach her to swallow. I wouldn't deny her a funeral or an autopsy.
You know, somebody's hand has to do the removing, and there's a subpoena out now...some nurse is not going to want to get in the crosshairs of a Marshall, however much Greer might insist.
