IN addition there are bone scans taken from soon after the incident in question that indicate previously broken bones. The neighbors testify to loud screaming arguments, the guy got really pissed at her for spending $80 something on a nice haircut/style just before this. He sounds like an abusive control freak.

Congress cannot afford to take this lying down or some scumbucket that is subpoened to testify could find some favorable judge and then ignore the subpoena. A State Judge should never be able to rule Congress has no authority since Congress represents the people of this County including people in the State of Florida.

This is my first comment on Freep. I have been requested by eeevil conservative to provide this update. She is currently on I-75 heading to Florida. Her sources have provided her with the following story:
When the Federal Marshal(s) went to the Hospice House Woodside, they were accompanied by local police (agency unknown). Terri's parents were present at the time. In her room, they had asked Terri if she wanted to live. Her vocal answer was, "Yes". It is reported by Sherri's sources that Terri's parents then tried to get Terri to speak one word at a time to say, "I .. want .. to .. live". It was while Terri was speaking that the police reportedly came into the room. Other details are quite sketchy. I admit to being very uneasy handling this comment as a third (or fourth, etc) party. However, it was eeevil conservative's wish that I do so. She further requests that you go to Empire Journal (Scoop1) for more breaking information.

In fact, I thought I had read a year or 2 ago, that she was regularly receiving Communion, albeit a tiny piece of the Host, and swallowing it, so he pulled that from her life. I think it might have been the fall of 2003 because it was shortly before the tube was pulled. And yet, the fact that she had, at least a couple of times, received the tiniest amount of the Host and swallowed it failed to corrupt his case and the tube was removed, for 6 days. Incredible. It's like he has a pact with the devil.
It's madness that they have even denied Terri the comfort of her religion.
Right. Declaration of Independence. The right to what? What was that the right to? LIFE!
There is no clear evidence that she wanted to die if her family wants her to stay alive. Not a bit. Her husband's claim? Worthless.
They might have a poll to back them up today, but that is a snapshot of the past. Leaders look forward. There are a lot of things to think about, and they are in a hurry to get her buried.
So why don't you move here? We need you!
There are only a few here who are impervious to reason.
Don't despair, though.
They have always been here, and probably always do. Look at instructing them as an opportunity to instruct others, not as a mission to change their mind.
