I'm not sure EXACTLY what she just said, but THINK she just reported that the HHS committee has issued a request for Terri to testify before them ...... This would result in no harm to her until then.

how could you find out school records information about children not your own? As far as providing such information like that? FReeper scoop1 with the Empire Journal....that would be the best place to start.

It would be either through the courts, after the suspicion was raised by someone who knew them...or someone working in the children's school, reading this very post.

The Schindlers' attorney, Gibbs, is going to a Federal judge in Florida tomorrow, informing him of the subpoena for Terri and filing a habeus motion. From what that information posted above states, Federal judges DON'T IGNORE CONGRESSIONAL SUBPOENAS.

If I were her, I'd have my Advance Directive filled out in triplicate ten times over, notarized, and placed in many different safe deposit boxes.
