how could you find out school records information about children not your own? As far as providing such information like that? FReeper scoop1 with the Empire Journal....that would be the best place to start.

It would be either through the courts, after the suspicion was raised by someone who knew them...or someone working in the children's school, reading this very post.
That's all I could think of.

School records are one hundred percent sealed from the public. It takes an act of God for a parent to get his/her own child's records much less let anyone else see them.
