What Federal Marshals? It stays in Judge Greer's court. This is outrageous. On Monday, Greer will refused to put the tube back in.

The Marshals Service provides 24-hour protection to all witnesses while they are in a high threat environment, including pre-trial conferences, trial testimonials and other court appearances.
In both criminal and civil matters involving protected witnesses, the Marshals Service cooperates fully with local law enforcement and court authorities in bringing witnesses to justice or in having them fulfill their legal responsibilities. A recidivism study found that less than 17 percent of protected witnesses with criminal histories are arrested and charged after joining the Program.
No doubt! If that man has the guts and the wherewithal to accomplish this, bringing the House and the Senate together in agreement at the last hour to save a life, he'll make a great president.
I don't know that much about him actually, but I'm impressed with how he's worked relentlessly this week for what is right and good.

I love Tom Delay! He is speaking the truth. I'm so tired of people not speaking the truth about ms.
Certainly I thank God that He is in control here, but I think we all need to realize these proactive moves from Congress are a result of grassroots demands.
These were clearly the goals our founders intended when our government was born. Thanks go to the churches involved, the Christian right, FreeRepublic, and all other pro-life groups who have fought to save Terri. Let this be an object lesson to us all.... When we scream loud enough, and long enough, they act in our behalf.

I don't understand.....about Greer keeping it; it makes no sense...but then Delay was saying something about a Federal judge being able to review this.
I'm getting two conflicting accounts from people.. leave Greer in power or crush him like a bug?
They are explaining the ramification of the bill. It stays in Judge Greer's court, unlike the original bill passed by the House.
I don't think anyone here trusts Greer to do the right thing.
