Prayers for his full recovery. The wife and I were just remarking about how poor he looked compared to a lot of people who are this far out from a bypass. We thought his recovery wasn't going too well.

Prayer for your enemies' demise is biblical just as it is to pray for their success. It's based on variable that are at hand. It's best to err on the side of compassionate. I think Bubba has seen more in the past four years than at any other time in his life.

If you don't care for the Bible's admonitions then consider the wisdom of our country's forefathers such as Washington's Rules of Civility which are derived from, well you know, the Bible.

This supports my contention that it is proper to pray for one's enemies' demise, if I am interpreting it correctly.

Regarding Clinton giving up the bunk to Bush 41, I can readily believe it as he probably was able to breathe and relax better in a reclining position which he could acheive by being in a seat. He probably hasn't slept in a flat position for quite some time.

? All the bantering back and forth about religion and forgiveness and who is right and who is wrong. Clinton is gonna have surgery. I did not vote for him couldn't stand him and still cant but...I am praying for him to hav edone what he needs and then be well. Can't we just leave it at that without all this chatter?
