Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.

What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.

Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.

If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.

A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.

Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

What can we do?

4. VISIT PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA AND VIGIL WITH US AT HOSPICE WOODSIDE.

6. HOLD A DEMONSTRATION AT THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.

7. Join the Message Board that freepers started at the Crystal Cathedral/Hour of Power. TELL YOUR CHURCH ABOUT TERRI.

8. Tell your friends that Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings and to visit www.terrisfight.org to see her videos.

9. PETITIONS. We will gather current Petitions here for you. At this time, you can sign a SAVE TERRI PETITION AT www.renewamerica.us. THERE ARE ALSO IMPEACH GREER PETITIONS ABOUT.

Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

Now it is up to the victim to say, "FEED ME!" Otherwise they assume you want to die. And what is to keep the living will from being 'misplaced'? And what is to keep the courts and lawmakers from changing the definition of words? "Do you want your visitors to be gay? :)

Mrs. Schiavo must continue to receive such ordinary treatments to meet her basic needs until the time they become life threatening or harmful. Removing food and hydration now will amount to a very painful death. I will treasure this picture-- even if I do look like I was hit by a TRUCK! Mr Schindler had VERY tired eyes too. I am convinced that Freeptwo's words were vERY comforting and VERY inspiring to him...

He was so kind and sincere. You can tell that he is not WANTING spotlight, but he will go and do what ever they tell him will help Terri.

This was my first "on site" reporting job" so as for names and faces-- you know better than I DO!!!

It was a great learning experience but this type of journalism is my PASSION! I learned a LOT- and I actually did a GREAT job of making AWESOME contacts.

I fear "ordinary journalism" because I would never make it MSM.

I have to do stories that follow my passios- that I believe in and make a difference. Not just being a transcription service. plus- I would never do stories that the MSM would want to hear-- I won't support the wrong and evil....

Goodman, co-director of the Florida Bioethics Network and head of the University of Miami Bioethics Program: It also "misjudges" the medical use of artificial nutrition and hydration tubes, which are intended to be used as a "bridge" when someone suffers a debilitating medical problem until they can get better, he said. Goodman said those devices are not intended to be permanent.

That's not true. There are chidlren who live with feeding tubes since they were born. Adults can spend the rest of their PRODUCTIVE lives, even decades with feeding tubes.

"The new bill would only allow food and water to be deprived if there is "clear and convincing evidence" that the PVS patient had verbally indicated he did not want it. House Judiciary Committee chairman Rep. David Simmons, told the Orlando paper that was a tough standard to meet. A casual conversation "sitting around the dinner table, that's not going to rise to the level that will permit the denial of sustenance and hydration," Simmons said. That's the kind of conversation Michael claims he had with Terri and the one courts have favored."

I understand the concern in regard to this language, when compared to the original wording. But keep this in mind. This wording says there must be clear and convincing evidence that the patient had verbalized that they did not want "IT" - IN THIS CONTEXT, MEANING FOOD AND WATER. This is the key. Greer found c & c evidence that "Terri would not want to live under the conditions she is in".

Of course the whole thing is a lie and a crock, but notice that when the issue is starving and dehydrating someone to death, as it is in this bill, the standard is high for proving that someone said they would not want FOOD AND WATER.

Of course you are right that Greer will try to claim that his death edict meets that standard. But the Legislature and Governor Bush would know what the law means to them, and they are the backers of enforcement of such a law.

Having said that, this is no long-term answer for Terri. The federal bill offers a better answer, and the DCF investigation absolutely needs to take place. Terri should be in protective custody and out of that death house.

Summary of the Browning decision.

" The right to "choose or refuse medical treatment" and to make "all medical choices" is part of Florida's constitutional right of privacy. All persons have this right whether competent or incompetent. Any treatment, including life prolonging procedures, can be withdrawn at any time, regardless of terminal illness, imminent death or incapacity. The withdrawal of life prolonging procedures, such as artificial feeding, does not cause death, it only allows death from natural causes. If a patient will die within 4 to 9 days after withdrawal of artificial feeding, then the condition is terminal and death is imminent. A patient who has orally or in writing expressed wishes for future health care can have those wishes implemented by a surrogate without judicial review; and a proxy appointed in writing may make all such decisions unless limited in the writing; in these two cases, any interested party who disagrees with the decision may take the matter to court. Written instructions are prima facie valid, oral ones must be proven by clear and convincing evidence."

This is the FSC ruling in the Browning case.

It is my non professional opinion that this holding means that no matter what Florida's Legislature does, it will be held unconstitutional by the FSC.

We should direct our phone calls and prayers for God's strength to the members of the United States Congress.

When I was at the vigil on Saturday-- the Browning case was brought up-- In the first PARAGRAPHS OF THIS CASE IT STATES THAT THIS WOULD NOT, I REPEAT- NOT- INTERFERE WITH RELIGIOUS BELIEFS--So-- then what is FELOS' next step---
