Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.

What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.

Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.

If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.

A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.

Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

I disagree. The Schindlers had to fight with what they had. I don't think a hundred legal eagles could have touched the stone "heart" of George W. Greer. That man is clearly a Judas in Republican and Baptist clothing. And from what we have seen in this tragic affair, I see little redeeming potential in the FL appeals courts and Supreme Court either. So, "It's not the lawyer for the Schindlers: it's George W. Greer!"

A "theory" that I have is that the power-mad MRS became indignant when Terri used the word "divorce" around him. He thought if that word was to be brought it, it would be by HIM, not her. So he is determined to exterminate her (with the approval of the state of FL) for using that offensive word in his presence.

If the Schindlers had good legal help early on, they would have avoided being blindsided by the Schiavo Triumvirate. It is possible to legally overcome a biased judge, but it's extremely difficult and there's really only one chance. I can't really blame the Schindlers for failing to overcome Greer early on when they had the chance, because they probably had no way of knowing his level of bias until it was too late.

It's not too late to write a letter to the editor to expel the myths about Terri and if you are in Florida, ask readers to contact their reps to support 701.

Representative Dave Weldon (R-FL) and Senator Mel Martinez (R-FL) have just introduced the "Incapacitated Persons Legal Protection Act" (H.R. 1151, S. 539). Last night I watched part of the program about the man who WOKE UP AFTER 19 YEARS. Unfortunately, I did NOT get to see the whole thing. I'm sure there are articles about it on net.

At the end of the program, doctors admitted they had NO IDEA WHY THIS MAN WOKE UP AFTER ALL THESE YEARS AND COULD SPEAK. One professional said something like this: The man's mom was always there speaking to him, bringing visitors to see him and taking out for walks.

When I heard her say ----> THE MOM DID ALL OF THOSE THINGS AND THE PROFESSIONAL LADY SAID **THE MOM HELPED HIM BY DOING THOSE THINGS***. I was so angry that Terri's Mom and Dad have NOT HAD THE FREEDOM TO HELP TERRI, NOR HAS SHE HAD THE THERAPY SHE DESERVES.

Drudge should know the reason this is happening to Terri is because of judges legislating from the bench THROUGHOUT the country, not just Florida.

The more I read, the more upset I get. Here's one of many stories:

"After his wife announced she was going to terminate him," Tom Finn, Hugh's father, said, "I sat and told him that she was going to put him to death. He pinched his face up and brought both arms up and shivered, then both legs picked up, and he moaned very load."

Last summer, Bob Diamond, the Finn's attorney, whose wife is a doctor, saw Hugh at Annaburg Manor with Hugh's parents, a brother and Michele Finn's sister.

"I explained to Hugh that I was there to try to stop Michele from withdrawing the feeding tube from him," Diamond said. "I then asked Hugh if he wanted me to fight to keep his feeding tube, and he nodded his head 'yes'.... It appeared to me that Hugh was not in a persistent vegetative state."

Virginia law forbids "any deliberate act or omission to end life other than to permit the natural process of dying." [Virginia Code 54.1-2990] Yet, a Prince William County judge permitted Hugh's fatal starvation. Withdrawal of food and water, may be challenged "on petition of any person to the circuit court." [Virginia Code 54.1-2986].

Gov. Gilmore went to court on Hugh's behalf because Virginia law mandates "the Governor may institute a law suit to protect ... citizens ... where he shall have determined that existing legal procedures fail to adequately protect existing legal rights and interests of such citizens."

Bob Marshall told Virginia's Health Secretary, a shunt draining fluid from Hugh's brain hadn't been checked; that a 1996 examination showed it might be blocked. But last year, Hugh's wife refused to let a doctor examine the shunt.

Terri may need a shunt. Dr. Hammerfahr has stated this...you can bet that she does not have one...Michael gave up caring for Terri the day he decided to hire a lawyer to kill her before the rehabilitation money well ran dry.

Shunts release cerebral fluid that builds between the skull and brain...the pressure from this build up can especially impact motion. It needs to be released, immediate improvement can be radical!

I haven't seen Chris Reeves in person, but I can pretty much give my guarantee he is dead. Terri, on the other hand, is very much alive. The braindead part is judgmental, as it is believed that Terri has been able to successfully use a Florida 2000 Presidential Ballot.
