I haven't seen Chris Reeves in person, but I can pretty much give my guarantee he is dead. Terri, on the other hand, is very much alive. The braindead part is judgmental, as it is believed that Terri has been able to successfully use a Florida 2000 Presidential Ballot.
This person is trying to suck you in to believing what he says because of a claim of being there.
It is possible.
It is also a tactic of this type personality. When they run out of substance and documentation, they make extraordinary claims to keep people talking to them. They love to argue and will say just about anything to keep it going.
