I have skimmed through the thread, sorry if this has been answered.

If, as said, the fire is burning from the inside out, what would be the probable source of the fire? Would it be from damage during the roll? Or could it be the a reason for the aborted take off?

I thought the CNN/Reuters report said the plane veered off the runway. Possibly a blown tire. Otherwise probably a loss of power.

Feed from NJ station on Fox says injured driver on the ground and injured flight attendant were taken to Holy Name Medical Center. Flight attendant is in stable condition...didn't hear what they said about the driver.

I didn't think anyone lived in Teterboro. That's a surprise.

Are there pressure recording gages to determine whether or not the wings are delivering lift? Are black boxes required on craft of this size?

There will be no wing information but there will be a flight data recorder. NTSB wlll be able to verify airspeed and engine parameters. Even with the fire the fuselage looks intact enough to confirm the plane's configuration: flap settings etc

Actually, after people on FR found out the plane that crashed in Houston was to carry GHWB, they did suggest something curious about it. Happens with every single plane crash.

"...if it was on take off..it would have a full fuel load..."

Not necessarily. It should have only enough to reach it's destination plus a reserve of probably an hr in case it needs to hold in the pattern or divert to another site. More then that adds weight, increases operating costs and results in a more dangerous situation should the aircraft have to put down in an emergency.

Also notice that the thrust reversers are open indicating an attempt to stop.

There's a small residential area along the east side of the airport south of US-46. Every few years there's talk that they may as well combine the residential area of Teterboro with another town (Moonachie, for example), since they contract with these neighboring towns for their schools, some public works, etc.

The flaps probably got iced up and locked, preventing proper roll.

Maybe, but part of the pre flight check just before accessing the active runway is to operate the flaps as well as all other movable control services just to make sure they are in fact they have the full travel necessary to control the aircraft.

We should wait for a statement from the Pilot. He most likely knows the most. Even if this is terror-related, the FBI will cover it up. (aka, the plane crash in Long Island a few years back)

A plane skidding off of a runway is not an unusual event. Also, I don't think speculating within the first 5 minutes that it was a laser constitutes someone sharing their knowledge of plane function.
