One of the many mysteries in this case to me is how a LEGALLY BLIND judge who can't see two feet in front of his face can be allowed to preside over life and death cases like Terri's.

HE CAN'T READ THE COURT FILINGS!!!

After all, didn't he say in the interview with the Baptist newspaper that the case has generated 40 volumes of material?
His clerks must be working overtime reading out loud to the good judge.

I agree with you completely regarding the unbelievable vileness of George Greer. He's a corrupt CRIMINAL himself. The list of statutes that he has broken, twisted or ignored should be sent to Governor Bush with a question. IS this the type of Judges you approve of to make a decision on whether an innocent disabled person should be cruelly murdered? If so, YOU don't belong in office either.

A Message for Michael Schiavo

Proverbs 29:1 He, that being often reproved hardeneth his neck, shall suddenly be destroyed, and that without remedy.

My name is Pastor David Williams of Calvary Road – An Independent Baptist Church of Clearwater, Florida. I am the son of missionary parents and have a degree in Pastoral Theology from one of the greatest Bible Schools in America, Hyles-Anderson College. You may ask, why should I listen to anything that a pastor says from a church that I know nothing about? Let me give you my reasons:

Around three or four years ago, I was asked by a business man in Tampa to do something that I found out to be completely wrong, in fact, it was illegal, and it was so infuriating to me that I was compelled by God to write this man a letter similar to what I am writing to you today. I told him that God was not pleased. I told him that he would pay for his actions in many ways. I said that his business would be ruined. I said that he would lose his house and all his possessions; I said that he would be condemned before the law. I said that he would not prosper but that God would bring judgment upon him upon him and all that he possessed. I said that there was nothing left for him but curses and that either what I say will come true or that there is no God in heaven and that the Word of God is not true.

It was not long after that letter was written with several pages of pronounced judgments against this man that he was convicted of crimes in the millions of dollars and all his possessions and children were taken from him. Today, he is doing time in a location which I cannot disclose but I can say that this is all completely documented and true. You cannot trifle with God.

Then, about two years ago or so, I had occasion to have communications with Mark and Bobby Jo Ferrell the daughter and husband of the famous Ted Williams who were in the middle of a battle with the son who had put the body of that dear man into a deep freeze in Colorado, as I remember it. When I heard of the selfish and demonic ways of the son, I found out his e-mail and wrote him a similar letter, inspired, as I truly believe, by God in heaven. I told him that God was not pleased that that God would surely deal with him and his ways. I told him that he was not fighting against his sister and her husband but that he was truly fighting against God in not allowing a family to have closure in the death of their beloved father and friend by giving him the burial that he had asked for in his will. It was not much more than a year later that I heard in the news that this young man was dead.

Am I a prophet? Do I give predictions that come true? Not necessarily! But I do believe that from time to time God inspires me to write a letter or a sermon or even pen a song that I know is from the direct moving of God on my heart and on my life. You may think that you can escape your responsibility and that when this court case is over that you will be able to have a normal life. I am here to tell you that your life will never be normal and that you will find out things that will haunt you as those I have just mentioned for the rest of your life.

For these reasons, I am writing this letter to you to tell you what your desire to have your wife die will do to you: (taken from the principles of Deuteronomy 28:15ff)

1. You will be cursed in the city and you will be cursed in the country.
2. You will find that your children and even those that seem to love you now will turn against you.
3. You will not be able to travel anywhere without problems and troubles either physically or in the minds of friends and even in your own mind.
4. Everything you try to accomplish will have some problem and will always end up in failure. You may get rid of your wife but the community of moral persons in this world will never let you forget your dastardly deed.
5. You will try to pray to God but will feel as heaven is brass over your head.
6. The earth under your feet will be as hard and cold as iron.
7. The rain of your life will be powder and dust and God will cause all evil to come down upon you.
8. You will try to attack your enemies but you will wind up having to defend yourself seven times more than any attacks that you bring.
9. The evil birds of the universe will look at you as a prey and you or your loved ones will not be able to drive them away.
10. Your health will be affected and you could even have the same condition that your wife endures right now with people wanting you dead.
11. You will think that you are mad at times, or blind, or in complete shock at the events of your life.
12. You will grope for answers day and night and no matter how hard you try, you will not be able to find answers because no one will desire to help you.
13. You will find someone that you want to marry and you will find out that she has been unfaithful and has a lover in the side.
14. You may build a house and yet you will never live there at all or for a very short period of time.
15. Your sons and daughters will be taken from you and you will swoon in wishing that you could spend time with them.
16. Your own job and possessions will be unsuccessful and you will lose out every time it seems you are becoming successful.
17. You will be oppressed and crushed in every part of your life.
18. Every evil thing that you will see will only make you more demented in your mind.
19. God will attack your knees, your legs and every inch of you from the sole of your foot to the top of your head.
20. God will bring both you and your lawyer into complete bondage from your heinous crimes against humanity so that the ones that you opposed will in the end be in control of your own lives.
21. There will be a day when you and your life will be the joke and laugh of every circle in society so that you can scarcely appear in public for the shame that it will bring.
22. You will try to invest your ill gotten money but it will wind up in failure and loss. Your settlement may even wind up being frozen that removed from you forever.
23. You will try to recover from such devastation but the more you try the more you will find that God is placing judgment upon you unless you completely repent.
24. Your health will fail and the only way God will ever hear you is if you renounce your deed of killing your wife and give all the money from any settlements to the furtherance of helping others fight the same dreadful fate.
25. You will have other children but God will see to it that they are removed from your home so that you will never have any contact with them.
26. Those that you despise now will be blessed and exalted and you will be driven to the very depths of your worst nightmare.
27. You will become a servant begging to borrow from the very family that you now scorn and refuse. You will be required to answer to their wishes and desires.
28. All these curses will come upon you because you did not heed the greatest of all commandments, to love the Lord God with all your heart and all your soul and to love your wife and enemies just as much as you love yourself and your girlfriend.
29. You will get a form of bondage on you so that all those that you hate will be your own guardians and they will do all the things that you never wanted to be done but they will be in control. In short, you will get the same punishment you are now dishing out to others.
30. Someone that hates you as much as you do your in-laws, will take over your life and destroy everything that you hold dear or wonderful or special.
31. You will constantly be defending yourself and you will never find relief because your detractors will constantly prevail.
32. Every living person on the globe that cares for their wife or their family will become life-time enemies of you so that you would rather die than having to face them even one more day.
33. A beautiful woman that now loves and adores you will begin to look at you as if you had an awful plague. It will get to the point that she will loathe to be in your presence.
34. You will find that you will have no place to hide from the constant stares and heckles of the general public, your life will be more like that of a gypsy.
35. In the morning you will wish it were evening, and when evening comes, you will want it to be morning again. You will never be satisfied because of your awful crime of betrayal and unfaithfulness.
36. You will spend the end of your days in a place that you vowed that you would never enter but you will be unable to escape or to change the course of your life.

The worst thing that will come on you will be the fulfilling of the prophesy in Revelation:

Revelation 20:12-14 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. (13) And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. (14) And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

The only hope that you have is to fire your lawyer, come clean with the Shindler family and rescue your wife from death. In the process you need to use the money that the court awarded to you for her rehabilitation for nothing else but seeing to it that she is brought back from her handicap. You need to tell the whole truth about what really happened to cause her handicap and you need to repent and confess your sins before God and man.

James 4:1-10 From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members? (2) Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not. (3) Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts. (4) Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God. (5) Do ye think that the scripture saith in vain, The spirit that dwelleth in us lusteth to envy? (6) But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble. (7) Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. (8) Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded. (9) Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness. (10) Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.

Your only hope to free yourself from this curse of God is to repent and turn completely to God, giving your life to Jesus Christ as a life-time servant and doing the other things that have been advised above. I caution you, others have met with a fate exactly as I have predicted and so will you unless you turn your heart to God and repent.

To those who wonder, who is this that dare say such things I say, I am a dead dog and the chief of sinners but I have a God that cleanses the sinner and punishes the wicked. I hide my own soul in the Blood of Jesus Christ from whom I have been cleansed from all sin to the point that God sees me JUST AS IF I NEVER SINNED because of my faith in Jesus Christ.

I most certainly and sincerely hope that NO statue or other religious paraphanalia is paraded around outside the hospice. This is going to do UNTOLD harm to the cause we are working so hard to get a good decision on. Firstly, I AM A BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN, I LOVE GOD and I AM FULLY AWARE THAT JESUS DIED FOR MY SINS AND THE SINS OF THE WORLD. I have served God for 27 years. HOWEVER, religiosity in the form of paraphanalia should be kept OUT of this. I have stated it before, IF this is what the general public is going to see, the general public will simply say that it is just a small group of "religious" nuts and will turn their backs on the fight for Terri's life. This SERIOUSLY needs to be seen as the citizens of Florida and the United States and other countries, as hundreds of ANGRY "citizens" at the thought of MURDERING an innocent girl WHO WANTS TO LIVE and who is ONLY disabled and NOT a vegetable. I'm sorry if I offend some here but this is exactly what I was afraid was going to happen. It will be the most counterproductive action that could ever be taken in this battle. Whatever the reaction I get,SO BE IT but I stand my ground on this one. This cause NEEDS to appeal to the WHOLE country NOT just those of us who belong to the Lord.

Amen. I don't know what the Statute is about but it could be Catholic. Maybe a weeping Virgin Mary? Dunno. Perhaps you fear that the media will latch onto one thing? There is a diversity of people who are for Terri and will be at the Hospice and other places.

Starwise, it will attract criticism and cause many many everyday folks to turn their backs on this situation before they have a chance to learn the TRUE FACTS. They will turn away in droves thinking it is just a few dozen religious fanatics. I hate that this is how the public per se react, but it IS the way they react to this behaviour.

Deo George Greer can't read the filings NOR is he interested in doing so. I dare say, his rulings have been predetermined before he hears anything. He generally prevented opposing counsel to speak to any of the issues and when the Schindlers attorney(s) gave their oral arguments I'm sure he had no interest in a word they had to say. I'm surprised actually that none of the Schindler's attorney's haven't submitted formal complaints against this Judge.

Was this message sent to Schiavo? If so, he probably won't read it all. I doubt it will be effective. I thought Fr. Pavone's message was better.
