One of the many mysteries in this case to me is how a LEGALLY BLIND judge who can't see two feet in front of his face can be allowed to preside over life and death cases like Terri's.

After all, didn't he say in the interview with the Baptist newspaper that the case has generated 40 volumes of material?
His clerks must be working overtime reading out loud to the good judge.

Deo George Greer can't read the filings NOR is he interested in doing so. I dare say, his rulings have been predetermined before he hears anything. He generally prevented opposing counsel to speak to any of the issues and when the Schindlers attorney(s) gave their oral arguments I'm sure he had no interest in a word they had to say. I'm surprised actually that none of the Schindler's attorney's haven't submitted formal complaints against this Judge.
