One of the many mysteries in this case to me is how a LEGALLY BLIND judge who can't see two feet in front of his face can be allowed to preside over life and death cases like Terri's.
HE CAN'T READ THE COURT FILINGS!!!
After all, didn't he say in the interview with the Baptist newspaper that the case has generated 40 volumes of material?
His clerks must be working overtime reading out loud to the good judge.
I just don't get it.
