More and more good folks are finding out about Terri and that judicial tyranny would take her life, but for lots and lots of prayer and non-stop lobbying of relatives, friends, clergy, our leaders, the media, a passerby, a cashier - ANYONE who you feel comfortable chatting with.

Folks always want to know how can this be in America or on earth for that matter? Unfortunately, this is really happening to an innocent woman who just celebrated her 41st birthday. She's not the only one but she's the one with devoted parents and siblings who knows what's in Terri's heart. Terri has a strong will to live. That's apparent. It's been 14 years.

Besides, feeding tubes have been around practically since the Civil War. They are not high tech devices. Terri is "not hooked up to machines". Her feeding tube is the diameter of a piece of spaghetti.

Talkin' about Terri is the best way to lobby for her. It is a salespitch to save her life and subsequently, many lives. If you've never sold anything in your life, START NOW. START WITH TERRI.

AGAIN WE HAVE A NEW RECORD: 15,103 views on the tote board for the Terri Schindler Schiavo January Daily Thread!

The most significant event in Terri's case in January, was the Supreme's Courts refusal to hear Governor Jeb Bush's appeal, after the Florida State Legislature struck down Terri's Law. This once again places Terri's life in extreme jeopardy, though there are other issues regarding her case before the court.

Why is Terri at a Hospice, anyway? I thought Hospice was for patients at the end of their life. Terri has been alive for 15 years, & could live to be 100 if given good care

That's the 1.7 million dollar question. The only problem is hino doesn't want her to have good care. Hino didn't provide dental care so her teeth rotted and fell out. Hino didn't provide care for her injuries. Hino didn't provide rehabilitation and has banned stimulation of any sort in her room. Hino didn't provide medication for her infections. Hino is all about power and control, and the satisfaction of killing his parents, her cats, and Terri herself.

It looks to me that the merchants of death (Felos, etc) and those that have a financial stake in death and disability (La Belle's agency) are making sure that Judge Greer stays in power.

How about the members of the Hospice board. Since Judge Greer has connections there, maybe we could add those names.

For each name, we can show a financial contribution, there must be dozen others that are connected, families and friends, that we won't recognize. Judge Greer is being financed by the merchants of death. It looks like he is their puppet. I wonder how many other cases have come before him that would not withstand scrutiny.

When you add up all the people directly involved in Terri Schiavo, jsut the list that pc93 put together it comes out to $3,400. And like you say, there are probably more we just are not making the connections on. I'm going to see if I can figure out what pecntage of the $3,400 was towards his total campaign money.

pc93 msut have a photographic memory to remember all those lawyers from way back on Michaels side and pick them out of the Contributors list. Thank the Lord we havee pc93 on Terri's side.

Again, I heard on the radio that Terri is in a "vegetative state" for 15 years.

Every time we hear PVS or coma or whatever hogwash, a phone call or email should be made to the tv or radio station to set them straight. Enough calls and they'll have to report the truth giving Terri more support from their listeners.

Surprisingly I jsut heard back from Richard LaBelle who was reported in the Associated Press as the Attorney of Record for the Advocacy Center whihc has an open Investigation of Terri.

This is what he wrote me, moments ago.

Dear XXX:

Thank you for your email. However, your statement that I am the reason that the investigation has halted is not correct. I am a volunteer member of the Board of the Directors of the Advocacy Center. I do not work for the Center and am not involved in how the case is handled. This case is being handled by the attorneys who work for the Center and it is they who make the decisions on the case in light of our Federal authority. I was contacted by the reporter when the main attorney on the case was unavailable and I simply relayed this information to her. For further information, I would suggest that you contact Hubert Grissom, the interim Executive Director at the Center.

I wrote to the Advocacy Center in September of 2004 & January of 2005 for an update on the open investigation of Terri Schiavo.

I read the AP story that you are the reason the investigation has halted.

Can you honestly tell me that the Advocacy Center had to get permission from Michael Schiavo in order to meet and assess Terri Schiavo?

I have a hard time believing that the Advocacy Center does not have the authority to do this.

I guess every time there is a complaint of say a disabled child being abused by the parents, the Advocacy Center would need to first get permission form the parents?

I would appreciate a response from you specifically citing statutes and rules that prevent the Advocacy Center from conducting a full investigation without the support of the husband.

Morning prayer bump for Terri and her family.

WND picked up the article that had been posted here yesterday from the Philly journalist who'd changed his mind about Terri, in which all the details we've been trying to get out, PRAYING would come out!, have finally "clicked" for him.

Michael Schiavo has been living with his fiance Jodi Centonze since 1995 and has said he will marry her upon the death of his wife.

Grogan said he hasn't changed his opinion that everyone has a right to "die with dignity," but he believes that in the Schiavo case, the "devil is in the details, uncomfortable details that raise sticky moral dilemmas."

Terri Schiavo suffered severe brain damage in 1990 after collapsing. Michael Schiavo attributes it to a chemical imbalance caused by an eating disorder, but parents Robert and Mary Schindler believe he may have tried to strangle her.

Michael Schiavo contends his wife told him she never would want to be kept alive artificially.

But Grogan points out Terri Schiavo's heart and lungs function on their own, and she requires only a feeding tube that might not be necessary if she were given physical therapy.

The columnist notes Michael Schiavo, as her legal guardian, has forbidden any therapy.

The photos and videos of Terri speak volumes (we know that's why Michael kept them hidden, and threatened her family for showing them). FL engineer's photo montage of "terri big eyes" or other favorite photos can be mailed (or faxed) to anyone on your mind, along w/supporting info that you will find here on FR.

We have been praying that what has been kept hidden (even though it HAS been out there and here on FR) will be exposed for all to see -- well, all who are willing to be open minded.
