That's the 1.7 million dollar question. The only problem is hino doesn't want her to have good care. Hino didn't provide dental care so her teeth rotted and fell out. Hino didn't provide care for her injuries. Hino didn't provide rehabilitation and has banned stimulation of any sort in her room. Hino didn't provide medication for her infections. Hino is all about power and control, and the satisfaction of killing his parents, her cats, and Terri herself.
On top of all of his other cruel behavior, I've heard he wouldn't even let her have her teeth brushed. How does he get away with all of this?
