More and more good folks are finding out about Terri and that judicial tyranny would take her life, but for lots and lots of prayer and non-stop lobbying of relatives, friends, clergy, our leaders, the media, a passerby, a cashier - ANYONE who you feel comfortable chatting with.
Folks always want to know how can this be in America or on earth for that matter? Unfortunately, this is really happening to an innocent woman who just celebrated her 41st birthday. She's not the only one but she's the one with devoted parents and siblings who knows what's in Terri's heart. Terri has a strong will to live. That's apparent. It's been 14 years.
Besides, feeding tubes have been around practically since the Civil War. They are not high tech devices. Terri is "not hooked up to machines". Her feeding tube is the diameter of a piece of spaghetti.
Talkin' about Terri is the best way to lobby for her. It is a salespitch to save her life and subsequently, many lives. If you've never sold anything in your life, START NOW. START WITH TERRI.

AGAIN WE HAVE A NEW RECORD: 15,103 views on the tote board for the Terri Schindler Schiavo January Daily Thread!
The most significant event in Terri's case in January, was the Supreme's Courts refusal to hear Governor Jeb Bush's appeal, after the Florida State Legislature struck down Terri's Law. This once again places Terri's life in extreme jeopardy, though there are other issues regarding her case before the court.
If I was the DCF attorney, and I was REFUSED the right
to address the court, I swear I would be smelling something really bad about this whole mess, and asking law enforcement to intervene.
Felos, Schiavo and Greer may have hung themselves because Greer has ruled so long doing what he wants whenever he wants and COMPLETELY agains the rule of law.
The laws are their to protect Terri and to remove Schiavo.
It baffles the mind that other courts have ignored this.
We all see what is wrong. We know more facts than people in authority refuses to basically acknowledge.
At least the media is not calling her PVS or brain dead anymore.
I think Greer is afraid that one day Terri will walk into his courtroom, and ask him why he help adulterous hubby put her through hell for years.
He is now personally liable and thinks by getting rid of her, he gets rid of anything against him OR he is arrogant enough to think that it doesn't matter what he does, no one can stop him...or both.
Time to impeach him. It can be done.
I don't know if there's any recourse, except that I am hoping that because Terri should already be in the protective custody of the DCF, then this would become a criminal complaint against the judge. I don't know. We have to keep working and praying to ensure that this doesn't happen. I am placing my trust in God to put all the right things into place so that Terri's tube will not be removed again. He is far better at knowing how to do this than I am. We can only take things one day at a time, and do everything within our power each day to work for Terri's release into her family's loving arms. Pray for Greer to know that this is the end game for him. He can continue to be stubborn, or he can rule against Michael for a change. It may save him his job, but most certainly will save his soul.
Terri Schiavo is NOT in a PVS. Yet those who should know better, and probably do, keep in spreading this faslse statement.
We've talked about it here too. It's scary, but it may be exactly what he does.

I actual spoke to a live human being.
The gentleman was very polite. He asked what State I was calling from and what comment I wanted to leave for the President. I didn't get to finish Terri's name because he finished it for me :)..he said numerous calls are coming in on behalf of Mrs. Schiavo and will be passed to the President.

Yeh, I'm sure she couldn't have been pleased about him not letting her speak. That's strike 1 IMO.

Judge Greer would do well to meditate on the following between now and 5 PM Friday:
"What does it profit a man if he gain the whole world and suffer the loss of his own soul?"
I'm praying for this man to see the light.
George W. Greer has been upheld indirectly by the SCOTUS. He thinks he is more of a "god" than ever before. I believe that he will allow the removal of the tube Friday evening, but I am hoping that I am wrong, and that fear will strike through the man and paralyze his interest in killing of the innocent.
We had the honor at one time of answering the phones for President Reagan, and it is quite amazing and heartening. We were given no coaching on any agenda, just the trust to respond with our own hearts.
And the calls had their effects. I am sure it is true and even more so today. The calls work.
If DCF is involved can the Judge still rule to have the tube removed? I don't know anything about things like this.
Good question. DOes anyone know - Can DCF intervene and put her in protective custody pending and investigation?
