More and more good folks are finding out about Terri and that judicial tyranny would take her life, but for lots and lots of prayer and non-stop lobbying of relatives, friends, clergy, our leaders, the media, a passerby, a cashier - ANYONE who you feel comfortable chatting with.
Folks always want to know how can this be in America or on earth for that matter? Unfortunately, this is really happening to an innocent woman who just celebrated her 41st birthday. She's not the only one but she's the one with devoted parents and siblings who knows what's in Terri's heart. Terri has a strong will to live. That's apparent. It's been 14 years.
Besides, feeding tubes have been around practically since the Civil War. They are not high tech devices. Terri is "not hooked up to machines". Her feeding tube is the diameter of a piece of spaghetti.
Talkin' about Terri is the best way to lobby for her. It is a salespitch to save her life and subsequently, many lives. If you've never sold anything in your life, START NOW. START WITH TERRI.

AGAIN WE HAVE A NEW RECORD: 15,103 views on the tote board for the Terri Schindler Schiavo January Daily Thread!
The most significant event in Terri's case in January, was the Supreme's Courts refusal to hear Governor Jeb Bush's appeal, after the Florida State Legislature struck down Terri's Law. This once again places Terri's life in extreme jeopardy, though there are other issues regarding her case before the court.
Thank you So So So So So So So much for this photo. You can see the smiling Brother, and Gibbs and Terri's mom smiling. They deserve this, this picture means a lot to me. I am going to save it, and tape it up next to my computer. The next time Pc93 or Ohioan form Florida, or Amagendry or FV begs me to make phone calls I need only look at this picture for inspiration. I have a daughter, the smile on Mrs. Schindler's face touches a special spot in my heart. Many many thanks for posting it.
It is a BEAUTIFUL picture. The Schindlers deserve to feel a LOT of JOY. I am grateful they got to feel just a little bit today!
I agree with you. It's a priceless photo. A few friends of mine attended the hearing today and said that George Felos looked depressed when the attorney from the Dept of Children and Families unexpectedly appeared on court. He seemed to be sulking after the hearing. Michael Schiavo was not present (as usual). He rarely appears in court.

Clearwater - For the second day in a row, protesters were back in front of Michael Schiavo's home, trying to convince him to give guardianship of his wife Terri Schiavo back to her parents.
Randall Terry, President of the Society For Truth And Justice, taped a sign that read "Michael, let Terri live" on Schiavo's front door.
Just after noon, with Clearwater police officers present, Schiavo spoke with Randall Terry for a few second over a fence.
RANDALL TERRY:
"I said Michael, let Terri live, give her back to her mom and dad. He said Mr. Terry, I don't want to talk to you, I don't want you on my property so I said ok."
A few minutes later, Schiavo ripped up the sign Terry had left on his front door. He didn't speak with reporter. Seven police officers kept an eye on things.
CLEARWATER POLICE LT. NANCY MILLER:
"I can't say we're doing more important things today. This is a situation where we just want to make sure everything goes smoothly and keep the peace."
It was peaceful outside the hospice in Pinellas Park where Terri Schiavo lives. Twelve Catholics prayed for her life.
CATHOLIC CHURCH MEMBER ANNIE KARTO:
"We believe that prayer is a powerful interceding tool, so we're interceding."
Protesters say they plan to be back outside the hospice when Judge Greer rules on the Schiavo case again Friday.

Yesterday I receive an email which stated in part:
> "PROOF that George Felos LIED in court to Judge Greer during a hearing specific about this new finding . . . Felos made claims and produce alleged affidavits, but unverified as noted in court, which state exactly the opposite of the doctor. Felos claimed that Terri had a bone disease and there was nothing there of any importance to warrant any further attention. Thus actively hiding the fact that this Guardian has concealed and not treated (Felony Crimes) the 13 fractures by trying to say that she merely has a bone disease. Wait till you read about THE BROKEN BACK and the BROKEN FEMUR probably caused by direct blunt trauma like furniture, stairs or golf club!"
To which I replied in part: Since anything about Terri is such big news now, I suggest ... a press conference to press the case that Felos lied. ... make Felos squirm. Greer is smart enough to recognize a face-saving outlet for himself and opportunity for all blame to get heaped on Felos. If a press conference is arranged and held, ... concerning Felos' deceit, lie in open court and fraud on the court. Fraud on a court can be a basis for reversing a judgment, ruling or order.

You guys are awesome! I've been away most of two weeks due to deaths of 3 very close friends. I'm just so amazed and thankful for what you have acccomplished. Does anyone have an e-mail address for Kelly McKibben or DCF? I'd like to thank her (them). Also, to Greer, while I can't say I trust him, I would like to say Thank you for giving Terri a chance at life, now please extend it until she dies of natural causes. And thanks to Jeb, I had to get on to him a few times, but still love him.

"The property is listed in his mistress's name, Jodi Contonze. But more than likely, it was purchased with Terri's money. A house purchased with blood money. Michael drives a silver Mercedes. He works as an emergency room nurse. It's doubtful that Michael purchased a new Mercedes on a nurses salary."
This needs to be looked into. Where did he get the money? Maybe he spent the last $50,000 in Terri's account. Maybe he decided with Judge Greer is charge, it was a slam dunk. Afterall, Judge Greer has not made him file the financial guradianship papers required by law. And who knows what is really left in the account.
