More and more good folks are finding out about Terri and that judicial tyranny would take her life, but for lots and lots of prayer and non-stop lobbying of relatives, friends, clergy, our leaders, the media, a passerby, a cashier - ANYONE who you feel comfortable chatting with.

Folks always want to know how can this be in America or on earth for that matter? Unfortunately, this is really happening to an innocent woman who just celebrated her 41st birthday. She's not the only one but she's the one with devoted parents and siblings who knows what's in Terri's heart. Terri has a strong will to live. That's apparent. It's been 14 years.

Besides, feeding tubes have been around practically since the Civil War. They are not high tech devices. Terri is "not hooked up to machines". Her feeding tube is the diameter of a piece of spaghetti.

Talkin' about Terri is the best way to lobby for her. It is a salespitch to save her life and subsequently, many lives. If you've never sold anything in your life, START NOW. START WITH TERRI.

AGAIN WE HAVE A NEW RECORD: 15,103 views on the tote board for the Terri Schindler Schiavo January Daily Thread!

The most significant event in Terri's case in January, was the Supreme's Courts refusal to hear Governor Jeb Bush's appeal, after the Florida State Legislature struck down Terri's Law. This once again places Terri's life in extreme jeopardy, though there are other issues regarding her case before the court.

There is a Court Hearing on Monday in Greer's courtroom. Attorney Gibbs is trying to get a STAY. So, Greer is having Court on Monday - sometimes the courthouses have different holidays than state and federal institutions or banks. Or, Greer is holding a hearing on a holiday.

REGARDING THE FLORIDA LEGISLATURE AND GOV. BUSH:

I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH TO KEEP CALLING JEB, SPEAKER BENSE AND SEN PREZ TOM LEE.

They may not be completely forthcoming with their answers but they will note your calls. At this point, they are holding their cards close to the vest. They may say something general to you - don't try to read anything into their responses. JUST MAKE SURE THEY NOTE YOUR CALLS.

Thanks for the info. I just e-mailed Laura Ingraham, too. She probably gets so many e-mails, it might take many of us e-mailing to get through to her.

Even if Laura had a show about Terri next week, it would still not be too late, even if Terri's lawyer were not successful in stopping the tube from being removed on Feb. 22.

I think Terri will survive this, as she always does.

We must all keep praying.

Laura Ingraham has her own web site and it's linked (I think) at www.townhall.com. I met her during Jeb's 2000 re-election campaign at Friva Las Vegas. She spoke at the FR conference. That being said, I am swamped today and I do not know her personally. She has no radio deal in Tampa Bay either - it fell through. Go for it.

Unfortunately, if Judge Greer finds the testimony of Michael's sister-in-law on that subject to be "clear and compelling evidence", no appeals court is allowed to question his judgement.

Why? That very question went to at least 3 other states Supreme Courts and once to the United States Supreme Court.

Also, do you have that 1999 statute handy? I'd like to look at it.

You will be happy to know that a woman from The Empire Journal (probably Scoop I) was on the Rollye James' show for almost an hour last night, fighting hard for Terri, and asking folks to call Gov. Bush, et al.

All the calls that I have heard on the Rolleye James show last night and in the past have been very pro-Terri. Rolleye James, and all of her guests, including Terri's dad around one-half year ago, have been doing a good job for Terri.

Florida Judicial Canons 5 something. A judge cannot act as Judge and Guardian of a Ward unless said judge is a relative of the Ward.

Judge Greer is not related to Terri Schiavo. HE IS VIOLATING A JUDICIAL CANON. So is the Second DCA by affirming Greer.

They cannot affirm a Judge who is breaking the law but they are going to soon publish a MANDATE affirming J. Greer who CANNOT, is FORBIDDEN from being judge and guardian.

The Rule of Law is an endangered species in the State of Florida. FV

"Yikes!! I was just ready to go to bed, and it dawned on me that Monday, Feb. 21 is a holiday (Presidents' day).

That means we need to make our phone calls today, Friday, February 18, as this is the last business day before February 22.

So those of you who haven't called yet, please call TODAY.

I did, and now I'm through. We have less than the full day to make our calls, faxes and emails. Having once worked for state government, I know that not much gets done after lunch on Friday. On the Friday before a long weekend, people start drifting away from work after noon. Right now, there are hundreds of government employees thinking, "Oh, if I can only make it to 1PM, I won't be bothered by these Terri Schiavo calls!"

Please permit me to rant a while to everybody. Unless something unforseen happens, we may be in the last two hours for this kind of activism. It's time to think about actions over the next few days. Those who plan to put themselves on the line physically should consider that Mikey might try to have the tube removed as soon as he can -- such as just after midnight on the 22nd. On FR, expect a death troll outbreak unlike any you've ever seen. Just steel yourself for it in advance.

It's time to consider what the fight for Terri's life will become in the future. It's time to realize that Greer might be about to make a decision that would contribute to the coming civil strife many forsee for this nation. I'm hoping every one of Terri's Fighters will realize that this is a much bigger issue than just Terri, and become a force to oppose judicially ordered medical murder in all its forms, everywhere, with whatever it takes. Whatever it takes to stop America's homegrown version of the T-4 euthanasia program before it grows. Whatever it takes to expose and totally discredit those who promote forced euthanasia -- at any level, from judge to doctor to bureaucrat to hospital orderly. I hope to see people who realize we're fighting for the lives of every American, and do so with dedication equal to that of those men to whom the words "lives, fortunes, and sacred honor" meant something. Whatever happens on Feb. 22, mark it as the beginning of Phase II, the day the the fight for life intensified.

Feb. 22 is George Washington's birthday. Look to this great man for inspiration for what's ahead. Like him, begin by praying for the strength to never waver in your convictions. Then, proceed, and never waver.

Nazi Germany. Normal people became evil. A careless thoughtlessness takes over. Careless thoughtlessness as in Nazi Germany works against Terri. That is what we are battling against every day.

The only distinction I would make is that the Judges know exactly what they are doing. They are violating the judicial canons and Florida laws knowing the Judicial Qualifications Commission (3 people) WILL NEVER INVESTIGATE OR HOLD THEM TO ACCOUNT.

Is Florida better under Jeb Bush? At this point, I'd say it's a draw. DOH Scandal, DCF Scandals, Law Enforcement - NON-EXISTENT for the disabled, judges - tyrannical, this is a haven for good old boy mentality.

WHY MUST ALL THESE MEN STARVE ANYONE? THIS IS NOT THE MIDDLE AGES. There are medical advances. A woman just woke up after a 20 year coma.

Laura reminded mme that one time on the TV screens in the summer of 2000 we saw, "March to War." It is hard to have economic vitality when you're marching to war. That's a negative thought. It's about as negative a thought as you can think about. And so one of the hurdles we had to overcome besides recession, attack, corporate scandal, was the fact that I made the decision to defend us. Thank you immensely for post #1779. I had heard Psalm 118:8 was dead center in the Bible, but I could never find the details. I have it marked in my favorite Bible, and directily next to it is this:

v. 22 The stone which the builders refused is become the head stone of the corner. [I always wondered who exactly the builders were. I was reading Ezek. 8 the other day, about the 70 elders of the House of Israel and the others. The cross-references took me to Exekiel 11:1 -2 , through Ezek. 14, I guess. One of the names I checked in the concordance had a reference to builder. Strong's #1141 Benaiah = Jah has built, with one of the root words meaning build.]

I think it remarkable that you posted this at this time, and also the comment about the failed legal system (judges), because IMO this is exactly what this is all about. God is trying to get our attention. I think a lot of people here know it, but I wonder how many others out there do? I wrote a long post on it the other day, hoping to wake up some lurkers, and debated about posting it until my computer crashed and I lost it. This is an abbreviated one. I guess we all know we need to be pouring out our hearts to God, in addition to making all those phone calls, emails, etc.

I know an endangered species when I see one. FLORIDA'S RULE OF LAW IS AN ENDANGERED SPECIES. The Judges are playing god and it's got to stop or these United States is over.
