It is now 3 am in Iraq the polls will be opening in the next few hours as the world watches and hold's it breath. Iraq is about to undertake a historic vote.
Lets wish them well....... please post all comments and election photos to this thread.
So what the wanker got to say for him/herself?
Where are the exit polls?? We don't need no stinkin' ballots! sKerry must have won!
Rev. Joseph on F & F...I'd forgotten about him: first opposed to the war, then went there, talked to people, and turned around completely! He's of Assyrian Christian descent.
The news babe's face looked glum.
They should be ashamed. They should be, but they're not.
And wear an ORANGE TIE!
Formerly part of the Ottoman Empire, Iraq was occupied by Britain during the course of World War I; in 1920, it was declared a League of Nations mandate under UK administration. In stages over the next dozen years, Iraq attained its independence as a kingdom in 1932. A "republic" was proclaimed in 1958, but in actuality a series of military strongmen ruled the country, the latest was SADDAM Husayn.

Saddam spent some time in prison for trying to assassinate the former leader. I am looking for his name.
So true.....the Iraqi security forces have stood up.
72% overall and 90% in some places.
This has to be looked at as a success . Although the MSM are pretty raty. But they are going to have a hard time talking this down.
PRAY FOR A CALM END TO THE DAY IN IRAQ !
Arguing for state's rights in Iraq on Fox now!!!
A revolution over there would solve that Iranian nuclear issue.
Hopefully this will give them confidence so they don't run away anymore.
Denny Crane: "I want two things. First God and then Fox News."
I think he said he has a book coming out.
I'm a Jets fan. Now you understand. ;-)
He has a book out titled "I Was Wrong," which I guess pretty much tells you how he feels now. He said that things were so bad in Iraq that if the war didn't come some people were just going to start killing themselves.
Thanks for that Fox&Friends update. I'm without cable this morning. I wish a certain minister I know would have the same experience.....:^)

No, that former human shield is a good guy. He went over to Iraq before the war, talked to his relatives, found out that they WANTED the war to save them from Saddam, and came home and wrote about it in the Wall Street Journal.
