It was a grand show... but they knew they were never at risk from us.... we care who we kill.... these insurgents don't give a rip.
No kidding,MM. He has nothing to add. I am only sorry they cannot throw Ellis Hennican into the mix for his astute anti-anything Bush comments.
Thanks for sharing that story. It means more than you can image.
So far, I deduce from visiting other threads, that would be the AP and Reuters, oh, and Ted Kennedy. Good grief, who needs Zarqawi.
this is almost as exciting as our election night, dog!
I understand your enthusiasm... but... more than the Super Bowl?
Conventional wisdom and the foreign policy establishment have never advocated the US push democracy in the Middle East and have said that it would have been impossible to do it in Afghanistan and Iraq.
NY Ping for you Dog!
Does the outcome depend on the Redskins game?
^^^^^^
That brings back memories! Ah, the MSM, what would we do without them!
May this day be the day that finally shows all Americans what a disgrace Ted Kennedy is to America.
First thought that crossed my mind as well, but I thought some folks might consider it in poor taste.
and by contrast...

You are so precient. The word now from AP and Reuters is that if this does not bring stability WE HAVE FAILED.
This makes me so happy to see the 14 countries of the world back this monumental effort by our Military! What sacrifices have been paid and sadly, are yet to be paid!
Lord bless these, our young soldiers and their families!
Thank You Lord, for the courage of the Iraqi people to come out and cast their votes! Lord Bless our Military for giving them the opportunity!
I know this isn't a prayer thread, but I am over-joyed for the Iraqi people!
Thanks for the warning. I'll un-Tivo it.
God Bless Our Troops and God Bless America!! : )
I am so happy and excited for the people of Iraq! I pray that all goes well and that they will be able to live in FREEDOM!!
I am feeling the same way you are---I am so glad for this thread because I feel that this election means as much as Bush's did, and because so many of our men and women have paid dearly for this day to come---
I would try to explain further my feelings, but I think you said it all so well, that I just want to thank you for putting it so succinctly, the importance of tonight!!
Prayers up for the country of Iraq and her people. God's protection over them. LET FREEDOM RING!
Oh no, please tell me we're not going to have exit polls!!!!
