Looks like Bush did better than usual with the vipers.

He is more relaxed and almost jovial at times.

I do understand that we are safer with other countries having freedom BUT I don't know where Bush plans on drawing the line on who we help with freedom and who we don't since we can't possibly free the world.

When Bush speaks of freedom, I have to wince alittle. We have freedom here for the most part but we are busily abusing this freedom. What kind of an example are we exhibiting for the world? What we tolerate morally is atrocious - abortion, simulated kiddie porn is okay (U.S.Supreme Court decision), partisan politics and with the media at large vilifying anything that is good. I have to wonder how this will play out.

I can easily see Muslims for example, talking up their strict moral code and justifying their hate of the "infidel". Sure they are perverted creepy people BUT this isn't talked about or reported on much. They also want Sharia law that goes with Islam. It would make sense from the radical perspective. If people have been so brain washed to be a Muslim why reject the law that goes with their religion?

Another concern I have is our borders. It will be a tough balancing act with keeping criminals and terrorists out while allowing hard working ones in. Are there some dramatic changes going on to insure this since what we have in place seems to be problematic.

Don't miss Rush today. As brilliant as observations have been on this thread, and even if we listened live, Rush will pick it apart with a fine tooth comb. And catch the gems of wisdom we missed. I look foreward to his analysis.

Not that I know of.

BUT I don't know where Bush plans on drawing the line on who we help with freedom and who we don't since we can't possibly free the world.

I don't think it is as radical as it sounds on the surface. We will help the entire world reach for freedom one step at a time, whether it be militarily or just promoting the ideals of freedom.

We have freedom here for the most part but we are busily abusing this freedom. What kind of an example are we exhibiting for the world?

I have to agree with you on this. Something definitely needs to be done to stop the left and ACLU from chipping away at our moral values.

Same with liberals... offspring is the proof. The inbreeding has a severe genetic consequence. Both the brain and the mouth converted to extended colons. All that swirls around in both, come out as..............

A little teacher technique... Yes, I noted that. A little teacher technique needed for a bunch of rude juveniles.

He's Canadian.

I don't know if that provides any clarification on the whole "cousin marriage" issue or not.

Just kidding about that Canadian comment.

In reality, I think that he's actually an American numb-skull, who lives along the Canadian border.

I'd love to know the comebacks that were going through his mind when she said, "Don't mess me up."

I know what I said..."TOO LATE, HONEY!"

This is the kind of thing that honorable people can disagree on. :-)

Absolutely. In fact, let's take the most agreeable route possible and just agree that both of us have a complete and total tool representing us in the Senate. :-)

In my case, it's two "total tools", unfortunately.

One, who is covetously eying the Oval Office.

5{dge it says he's going to slam SS for ripping of Blacks!!!! "

Blacks get screwed so bad by Social Security it's phenomenal. But 99.5% of the GOP is too dumb to understand this (or too self-absorbed to turn it to political advantage).

"Great irony for the democrats to call Condi a liar. They didn't mind Clinton lying "

The one question no MSM reporter has the guts to ask:

"If President Bush was lying about WMD, wasn't he merely repeating a lie invented by Bill Clinton and Madelyn Albright?"

After examining the electoral breakdown for the most recent national elections held in both Australia and the United States, I'm more convinced than ever that-generally speaking-a person's IQ is inversely proportional to their proximity to the sea.

Though, I have yet to figure out how this principle applies to continental Europe.

Too often I think they themselves believe the Democrat rhetoric. I don't think many Conservatives truly understand Conservatism. It really helps the poorest of the poor and minorities the most! But no one ever says this!

The average life expectancy for African-American males is 66 years of age.

So, in other words, if you're lucky, you might collect on some of those massive infusions you've made into Social Security, over the course of your entire lifetime, for approximately one year.

I suppose that Franklin Roosevelt really knew what was he was doing when he thought up this brilliant Ponzi scheme.
