We just cut a check for 6000 dollars for replacement windows for a rental property.

We are going to Wal-Mart tonite to stock up on supplies for business and home. I will post the tally when we get back.

The extended edition is very, very good - I wish they'd release that on film so I could see it on the big screen. Mucho well worth the money. Oh, shucks, I just realized that the beast is out of gas.. Guess I'll have to fill it up. Another $80 to the cause.

I can't afford much, but I did what I could and purposefully scheduled my dreaded "big" Wal-Mart trip for cat litter, vitamins, etc., all the more expensive stuff you have to buy bimonthly or so. Splurged and bought myself a video game--justified it to myself by saying that I was going to buy it sooner or later, why not now? Not surprisingly, it was dead here in the City close to the City of Evil.

I'm living down here in Belize, but I got that email about "not one damn dime", fired back a scathing rejoinder.

I filled up truck at the fuel dock -$45US; went to Brodies store because it is one of the few open during our General Strike - spent 50US on another flashlight, cigs, chips, queso dip, raman noodles (basic "Bruk-Down Day" survival kit; got my visa re-newed $50 (the immigration office shut down after I left).

Some of it will make it back to US economy.

I haven't spent any money yet, but handed the wife 4 fun tickets this morning in hopes some of it would make it to the bank. Now I don't care. Spend it baby! I'll gas up the truck after work and maybe splurge on a fountain Coke.

I am in Iraq so I had to get online to buy stuff. I ordered my son an Ibanez AEF18(Black) Acoustic/Electric Guitar and a Line 6 FB4 Foot Pedal. I also ordered the wife a bouquet from pro flowers. It felt pretty good to do it too.
