I can't afford much, but I did what I could and purposefully scheduled my dreaded "big" Wal-Mart trip for cat litter, vitamins, etc., all the more expensive stuff you have to buy bimonthly or so. Splurged and bought myself a video game--justified it to myself by saying that I was going to buy it sooner or later, why not now? Not surprisingly, it was dead here in the City close to the City of Evil.
No worries, you aren't supposed to spend beyond your means, just spend what you can. I would say that spending money on your kitties is a great way to show your support for the Viking Kitties!!!
