The Threat Matrix

The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger.

"Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix."

We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research.

WASHINGTON - A terrorist attack on a tanker loaded with liquefied natural gas could cause massive damage a third of a mile away and could send a vapor cloud billowing more than 1.5 miles, government scientists say.

With the the nation clamoring for more natural gas, policy-makers are trying to figure out how to safely import large quantities of liquefied natural gas or LNG.

I'm guessing this means one of 2 things:

First, there's a poster who goes by the name "Black Flag" on IH. This poster has often stated that his name IS Amir.

What the Battle for Hearts and Minds poster would have realized by now....is that the IH "Black Flag" poster is still alive and posting at IH.

The other reason they may be interested is this poster may be asking "Black Flag?"...as in...Is this an alQaida operation.

Remember the alQ flag is, in fact, a black flag.

Thanks for the info Vel. I have no idea what all the possible connections mean. Just something to watch. On the Hearts/Minds forum, in the "pictures section", there are a couple of photo's of Amir. Who that particular Amir is I have no idea. Amir from the car accident article? Amir as in Black Flag? Or possible just some other guy named Amir. One photo is Amir in front of a convenience store - LOL - how appropriate.

Why do I get the feeling that this could be one of those stupid little connections that could blow everything wide open if we just follow it up properly? Wishful thinking, probably. It may have just been a heads up to Black Flag because it might have been someone he knew or needed to know about.
