Is it possible that the 2 photos at the msn site are of the Amir killed in the car accident instead of the Black Flag Amir?

I mention this because the guy in the photos does look 28, like the Amir killed in the accident, and the 2 photos seem to have been put up there posthumously, as a tribute to Amir by his friends.
