Oh, the weather outside is frightful
But the fire is so delightful

Some of us almost never see snow this early, so we can only dream of a White Christmas. But look outside! The Finest is covered with a beautiful white blanket of snow today, so grab your warm clothes and your gloves and boots - today is SNOW DAY! Let's have some fun - sledding, building snowmen, making snow sculptures... snowballs... Last one out is *IT*!

Brrrrrrr! It's freezing! My toes are cold, my hands are cold, my nose is cold - let's go back inside - that fireplace sounds really inviting right now! Besides, I think I saw deadhead and Texagirl, LadyX, Nan and DollyCali and LuvW making hot chocolate and roasting marshmallows.

And I've bought some corn for popping.

Hi Sistah. What a beautiful thread today. I just LOVE the background and graphics and what fun to see some of our finest friends "romping" in the snow.

We actually have a couple inches...very very pretty...but poor Rusty...he's a California dog...and not sure what to do with snow! ((((billie))))

Good morning Billie. Beautiful Post today, it even has an animated background. Like the cute Santa pledge and Welcome graphic too.
We're having some unexpected snow showers this morning. Got up early to help Mr. A's sister move into her new house in the mountains near NC and the snow was coming down hard up that way...felt very Christmasy. :)

Hi, Aqua! Thanks for the compliments on today's post. I'm really taken with the animated snow background - had thought early this holiday season that I wouldn't look for any NEW holiday backgrounds and just re-use those I already had, but couldn't stick with it. LOL! Now I have a whole bunch of new ones that I probably won't get to use THIS year at all! (Hmmm, I could use them in comment posts.) Like now. :)

We just came in from running some errands and it is definitely feeling more like So. FL today - whew! Yesterday was nearly a *killer* for me - LOL.

Got my photos back that I took out at the Everglades on Friday. I'm going to have to upload some as well as some Saturday sunrise pictures that I've taken (we walk every Saturday down at the beach at sunrise). Being back in FL has been a blessing.
