~ Saturday Night Jukebox ~ |
Welcome to our Saturday Night Jukebox! We begin our Holiday Music Editions. If you see a red colored box, this is a warning box. The music may not be appropriate for children. If you see a green colored box, this is holiday music we've added for your enjoyment. A Navy blue box is a music request that we have received. We hope you enjoy it. If you would like to reach us via email, you can do so at canteenusa@canteenusa.com . Please put "Music Request" in the subject line. Thank you. (Music will be removed Monday morning!) Don't forget to request music on the thread! *** Thank you for all the requests we are receiving through email! Keep them coming! We are absolutely honored to provide music for our Troops and their families!! *** |
Music Dedication Holiday Editions Hanukkah begins at sundown on December 7th. Christmas is December 25th. Get your holiday music requests in via FReepmail, email, or on the thread! Thank you! Make sure to put "Holiday Music Request" in the subject line! The music selections are for a variety of musical fans out there. If there's a song or genre of music that we've missed, please make your requests known to the Canteen Deejays!

Good night and sleep well, Kid. Thank you for all the mirth and merriment you provide for our troops, as well as music for one and all. God bless you all good and thanks to The Sailor for his service to our country, and to you and the boys as a Navy family.

Midnight - 2 a.m. is often dinner time for me.
It's Kathy's fault. She has me on Alaska time for eating.
I'm on Fawnn time for sleeping, when I do sleep.

It's going so well that I got sidetracking writing when FR went down for a bit awhile ago. Several hundred words later, I look up and my word count for last night/tonight is at 4531 words and I'm a hundred+ posts behind here again! LOL

Goat Facts
Goats can either be wild or domestic.
A goat is a relative of the sheep.
Goats have a four-part stomach and chew their cud, like a cow or deer.
A Female goat is called a "doe" or "Nanny goat."
The male goat is called a "buck," or sometimes a "Billy goat."
Baby goats are called "kids".
Goats have a very good sense of balance and enjoy jumping and climbing games.

JJ has said the magic word - FOOD - so, I have to go to my kitchen now. Besides, I am too dense right now and, therefore, too dangerous to be typing.
I promise to get to the Canteen this weekend to show my deep appreciation for our fabulous men and women in uniform, especially those so far from home during the holidays.
Good Night Ma! Thank you for taking care of the Shoe. (((HUGS)))
