While I admit to not having followed this story closely, I did see a headline this morning on one of the news sites stating that the troops would be getting more and better armor. IF that is true and IF it is because of this jerk's actions, then I'm of the belief perhaps he should get a secret high five (or a low five as we called it in High School).
Our soldiers need the best protection they can get. I don't agree with how this man went about doing this and I'm sure his intentions were to endear himself to the MSM, but IF our troops ultimately get better protection, that is a good thing.
