I noticed very often that if you draw a funny caricature of a person nobody cares, but if you shade that person black and give him/her black hair, everyone thinks it's racist.

Condi is bird parroting Bush agenda.
Meaning in contrast to a Powell tenure who did want Bush wanted but called him on several issues if they dodn't agree.
