I would think it would look like an out to get him sort of thing if done right after the election - and President Bush would get the blame - (what else is new)
Considering all that has been writen - I would think there was someone out there who has the power to investigate him - and get to the bottom of the issues - and if/when it was needed - come forward with what was known -
But then I held out hope that once Clinton was out of office - something would be done to expose him down the line - Since nothing has come out or is in the works - I take it he has become a part of the political game they all play -

IMHO...I don't think that the MSM believes sKerry is a traitor.
They view him as a hero because they look at the world and the Vietnam war the EXACT same way that sKerry does.

He is going to run again in 2008, whether it's a rerun for the Presidency or his Senate seat. The MSM doesn't care about him because he doesn't have an (R) after his name.
