I would agree to that if only to get her out of my state. But, I don't think Ginsburg is going anyplace soon.

Right, and the second guy he appoints will be Howard Stern.

William Jefferson Clinton was disbarred from the Arkansas bar by the court, I'm sure this disqualifies him from the SCOTUS.

No way --- but maybe he could offer him some diplomat position to some country like Haiti or someplace that likes him --- just to get him out of the way.

You may recall, Clinton has been disbarred.<<<<<<<
Of Course Dems would argue that didn't matter because you don't have to be an attorney to be a Supreme Court Justice. But the idea isn't even funny as a joke, much less for any sort of discussion, I would pull this thread.

If in the mood of reaching out GW wishes to appoint the Clintoon Zippermeister to anything it should be as ambassador to the smallest, most remote and insignicifant place he can find. I'm thinking Andorra, Liechtenstein, etc....

My first post ... what a bomb shell ! Oh, well, I was just trying to wake all of ya'all. I am VERY HAPPY, and the "giddness" of Bush's win apparently did go to my head ! Sorry !a person who repents of his sin will do well around here.

"Yeh, right. Bill Clinton as Supreme Court Justice even though the Court has revoked his license to practice law before the very court upon which you think he should sit." Tantamount to electing Kerry as commander in chief of the military.

Even though he's been disbarred, Clinton would probably get the thumbs up rating from the ABA.

What better way to offer a "peace offering" to the loosers??Help me out here....I must have seen "losers" spelled "loosers" here at least a dozen times in the past few days. Is this a new form of FR Speech like "hugh" and "series"?

There was a similar plotline last year in an episode of the West Wing, which I am sorry to even admit I watched. So yes....
this is an idea from Hollywood
To: slickfree
losers..not loosers.
Not funny,,and Clinton can't even plead before the Supreme Court at this time.

I guess I do not know the difference between the words of loosers and looney-tunes, guess I got them mixed up?
Seems they are the same ... Democrats and looneys?

Clinton the the Supreme bench. LOL.
The only decision he is intrested in by legislating from the bench that officially and supported by the Constitution under privacy is :BJ's are not really sex.
