What better way to offer a "peace offering" to the loosers??

Help me out here....I must have seen "losers" spelled "loosers" here at least a dozen times in the past few days. Is this a new form of FR Speech like "hugh" and "series"?

I guess I do not know the difference between the words of loosers and looney-tunes, guess I got them mixed up?

Seems they are the same ... Democrats and looneys?
