BREAKING. John Edwards wife diagnosed with breats cancer- Fox News
breast feeding does seem to protect against Breast CA. But I have a relative who nurses three babies and got it. It isnt' 100 percent protective. And perimenopausal breast Ca has a better prognosis I do believe.
Prayers. Cancer of any type is bad. Maybe this will change her for the better.
Now I am worried. I have check-up due in Nov.
Yuck!
Save me from your Christianity!
Anyone with a serious illness has enough problems without having the guilt that this sickness was brought on by God's wrath for something bad they did. That's what people thought BEFORE CHRISTIANITY. Hey,maybe she didn't belong to the "right" church.
I will pray for Mrs. Edwards and her family--as human beings, not as political beings-- for God's mercy and grace to get through this. I am not praying for her to be "redeemed" through this illness for all her past sins( and certainly not for "sins" as defined by us humans.)
All Bush's fault. /sarcasm
As the husband of a breast cancer survivor my heart goes out to Mrs. Edwards, her husband and her family. We will certainly pray for her and ask God to heal her supernaturally.
Im really sorry to hear this about Mrs. Edwards. She was the only lady on the Democratic side who seemed like a real lady and acted normal.
We should all pray she recovers.
No, she was not nice during the campaign & did not act like a lady. Her daughter was more dignified than she ....but that has nothing to do with someone getting cancer. I wish her a full & total removal & recovery. Cancer is a scary thing to deal with....prayers on the way.
That I despise their party politics is one thing, to be threatened with cancer is a totally different issue. They may be a little misguided, but evil...no. Prayers for her, and her family through this crisis.
Perhaps with all the vileness and anger coming from the left, we on the right can show that while politics and ideology divide, we are all human beings. Some of us have been there where the Edwards are today.
I sent Senator Edwards a little note. My wife suffered from cancer and I know first hand how devastating that is to care for your spouse, the one you love as no one can fathom. There are also those two children involved.
Just my two cents, we can show them that even though we fought against them in the race, we will pray for them in their time of need. It is the right thing to do.
Here is the link if you would like to send a note.

Prayers and best wishes for her and the family. Wouldn't wish this on a Worst Enemy. And the Edwards family is far from that.
I agree. And it's a good thing for her that Rosie O'Donnell is on her political team considering her personal vies about how cancer develops. I hope she has a speedy recovery.
As much as I dislike the woman and her politics, even she doesn't deserve such a disfiguring and efeminizing disease.
Hopefully despite her politics and views, she will be treated successfully without too much surgery.
My mother had two scares with breast cancer, and my grandmother died of it just a year ago. My prayers out to the Edwards' family. The death of a son years ago, and now this. Despite political and moral differences, no one deserves to have that kind of heartache.
I pray, Dear Lord Let her beat this disease and live a long healthy life .Amen.Thank you Lord>
Amen.
Prayers to the family. May God bless them.
,,, prayers and thoughts for her and all others enduring the same condition.
