It's not just you. I sincerely hope he doesn't interfere with her treatment and recovery.

I hope she is healed of this dread disease.
If she's worried about THAT, she can have recunstructive surgery. Women who've had it done say you can't tell the reconstructed breast from teh real one and are VERY happy with the result. She might have to have it done in Mexico because implants are so hard to get here, due to another totally bogus lawsuit
What did Mrs. Edwards do that was wrong? I must have missed something.
No matter how much I hate or disagree with a person on ideology, there are some things that transend politics....and wish no one the evil of cancer.

I am a radiation oncologist and specialize in treatment of breast cancer. I have not been sued in 30 years of practice (knock on wood). I wouldn't touch this with a 10 foot pole.
She did several things wrong, and you wouldn't miss things if you climbed out from under that rock.

Therin lies the black irony of their situation. Doctors have been prey to them for so long. It's like being a police officer. People hate you and sue you for brutality or non-Miranization, but let them hear a suspicious noise downstairs and you had better be there YESTERDAY pr you will have hell to pay.
Despite her really uncouth behavior, this is tragic. I wish her a speedy recovery, and hope she caught it early.
I hope the left doesn't use her illness for political gain, like they did with Christopher Reeve's death. I'm not assuming she's going to die. With cancer, where there's life there's hope, and there are hundreds of uplifting stories to proove it. I CAN see the left using her as the poster person for socialized health care, though.

My thoughts exactly. We may disagree over politics but we do sincerely hope Mrs. Edwards is well. I wonder how many DUmmies would say the same if the shoe was on the other foot?

Adding the Lady to my prayer list ... thnaks for the ping, but I'd heard this on newscasts today. I wonder though, our naysayers (those who hate FR), will they understand that we pray for our fellow Americans, even the wives of our liberal enemies?
I understand medical science now believes breast cancer has a correlation to women who choose not to breast feed their infants until the age of 18 months; if so, why is there so little information about the dangers of NOT breast feeding available in OB/GYN offices? Also, there appears to be a higher incidence of all types of cancer in both men and women who choose not to exercise, and it must be pointed out that Elizabeth was a bit on the heavy side!
My prayers are with her, however; no one deserves such an incidious fate!
