BOOKIES SAY HILLARY FAVORITE FOR 2008

Britain's Scotsman reports that Hillary Clinton today was named favorite to win the next U.S. presidential vote in 2008 after George Bush won re-election to the White House.

The wife of former President Bill Clinton was installed at 5-to-1 odds by the betting agency Ladbrokes and 6-to-1 by William Hill to take over from Bush after his second term.

Bush was Ladbrokes' favorite for the whole of the election campaign. It's estimated that some 8 million pounds was spent wagering the U.S. election.

Ladbrokes has Hillary Clinton at 5-1 followed by former New York Mayor Rudolph Giuliani at 7-1 and Kerry running mate John Edwards at 8-1.

Having a pro-abortion candidate (i.e., Guiliani, Pataki, etc.) at the top of the Republican ticket would mean President Hillary.

Fair warning.

John Ashcroft is a great American. He is a good friend of our Pastor's and they talk and pray often together. O don't think the country realizes how lucky to have him as the AG. When I think of a bad top law enforcement officer, i think JANET RENO.

GUILIANI AND ASHCROFT IN 2008!!

If you're trying to get the DUmmies to jump off bridges en mass, you really should go with Rumsfeld/Ashcroft.

I would vote for Guiliani in a heartbeat. Guiliani would not change a thing when it comes to abortion or guns. He's not stupid!

Be very afraid. The Wicked Witch of the North East knows much stuff. She got elected in N.Y.. I wonder if it's really who she knows or--? She is very dangerous. Do not underestimate this Witch.

Jeb Bush said he would not run and most people in the U.S. would not pick Jeb Bush and neither did they pick Ted Kennedy when he ran! The American people do not like Dynasties

Jeb didn't kill somebody with his car, and then act like a coward. Americans love dynasties as much as anybody.

With regard to Hillary, after 4 more years of Free Republic "scrutiny", she'll be toast too

That's how I see it BUT what happens if she siezes the illegal issue. Her idiot women followers will vote for her no matter & she picks up many who want the illegals ousted. To get to the top here is one person that really will do ANYTHING to win.

It ain't gonna happen. There's no way he could win with all the political/personal baggage he brings to a national race.

Imagine the DEms having to fight a JC Watts/Ann Coulter ticket? I know she won't run, but that would be one heck of a ticket.

Well I know that Bill really brought in the votes for John Kerry. Not only did he look like death warmed over, he was death to every state that he campaigned in.
