So is Annan calling in the Blue berets yet?
Can't wait to see the Sudanese mumbos and Belgian fluffs check out our election process.

Can you imagine a person with fewer morals than Richard Nixon, who decided not to contest the 1960 election in which he was robbed of the presidency?

Unbelievable!! - Lets win IA, NM and WI (HI to) - Problem is WI doesn't look good.
I cannot believe they are going to fight this!! - I really think that if GWB wins OH by more than 130,000 Votes....that some within the Democrat Party are going to get to Kerry tomorrow and tell him to concede -
He is going to lose the popular vote by 3% or more - Lose more States and lose OH by over 100,000 votes....I think someone is going to say this is too much pressure you need to concede
At least I hope so!

Just got home from work.... what were the missing OH ballots that some of you were talking about earlier? I could only read bits and pieces of threads while there.

I think you're so right! FL 2000 had a margin under 1,000 votes, most people could just about understand contesting that (though the ways in which Algore went about it were so despicable). But I doubt that too much of the public will stand for a candidate prolonging the matter when the margin, just in OH, is 100,000+.....and if GW is up 2 million or more in the popular vote nationally.... of course, the Demagogic Party will have lots of fictitious stories about supposed "voter intimidation" etc. but they won't have 100,000 more OH votes in court (I hope and pray).

Drat - sometimes I hate being right. I made
this prediction on Jeff Head's electoral vote thread last week.

I'm watching CBS at 1:30AM EST... NOTRHWITHSTANDING WHAT ALL OF THE OTHER NETWORKS ARE CALLING....it appears that CBS and Rather are now willing and complicit participants in what appears to be an attempt by the Kerry campaign to "contest" the Ohio results and throw this election into the same "muck" that the Gore crowd succeeded in doing during the 2000 election in Florida.. CBS and Rather are not even trying to hide their participation in this blatant coordination and outright conspiracy... UNBELEIVABLE...

"Bush lost the popular vote in 2000" No matter how many times they count it, Bush still wins popular vote in 2000....now there is NO QUESTION who wins the popular vote.

Americans won't like this..........it's NOT like Florida (300 some votes). The dems are committing suicide on national teevee.Dig it deeper creeps!!
And then fill it back in with you still down in the hole.

I'm watching a rehead woman right now on some news channel say that Kerry's people will not concede OH until all provisional ballots are counted. My wife has changed channels so often I've lost track of what I'm watching.
This woman is saying Kerry still expects to win the state. Maybe they have a fraudulent ace in the hole they were saving to pull out if the Bush margin was small enough to be overcome illegally. I just hope the Bush people have a few thousand lawyers loaded on jets and ready to roll to Columbus.

I think Florida election laws allowed a recount if the votes were so close. It has to be really close.
